Villa with private pool in Pollensa Town is beautiful and comfortable holiday home with a large sun terrace and roof terrace in Pollença’s old town.
This charming and quiet villa is situated only a five-minute walk from the town’s main square. It is cosily furnished to a very high standard and benefits from a fantastic roof terrace with beautiful views of the Calvari Hill. The house offers four double bedrooms, four bathrooms (one en suite, 1 outdoor), a living/dining room and a kitchen, while the various terraces and the swimming pool give you plenty of outdoor space in which to enjoy your holiday. The beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente are only a ten-minute drive away.

For holidaymakers looking for the original Mallorca, Pollensa and the harbour town of the same name, Puerto Pollensa, are ideal retreats.
Far away from the Ballermann, varied landscapes merge with well-kept sandy beaches here. Pollensa is a good starting point for exploring the entire island and the Tramuntana mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling tours. In Puerto Pollença, the beach slopes very gently down to the water. It is therefore well suited for small children to play. Behind the yacht and fishing harbour is the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. It enjoys a particularly great view of the steep slopes of the Tramuntana mountains.

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

We have just returned from a week at this beautiful villa. It was very comfortable and well equipped, and exactly as in the photos. The pool and garden areas were lovely. Easy walking distance to the old town centre, where there are numerous shops and restaurants. Also very easy to hop on a bus to Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and various other places. Would definitely recommend this place!

The house is very conveniently located within walking distance to the city center, and in a few minutes you are in the middle of the beautiful old town. You can also reach the beach at the Bay of Pollenca quickly, as the road there is in close proximity. The house is well furnished and equipped, with very clean, modern bathrooms, and the garden - with several seating areas and a large pool - is beautiful and quite spacious. It's like a country house near the city. The spacious terraces with seating are also nice. The landlord (or his employee) Rodolfo is very friendly and attentive. The stay was wonderful, we had a lovely summer week at the end of October.

This is a lovely venue for a family gathering in a beautiful part of Mallorca. The Villa is very well equipped and provides plenty of room for all guests. The pool is great and the location provides a very peaceful setting.
