This romantic Villa with pool in Pollensa is tucked away in the Ternelles valley at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain Range. Surrounded by cypresses and oak and pine trees you can enjoy the tranquillity of the country side. The area around the house is protected so you find a very green environment with a big variety of birds. The house is located approx. 1,5 km away from the historic town of Pollensa.
The house is tastefully decorated with Majorcan furniture, it has a warm and cosy atmosphere. The house offers a spacious a sitting/ dining room, 3 bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen.
It´s a little private paradise and a perfect place to be and soak up the atmosphere of the local countryside. Pollensa Town nearby with its shops, cafes and restaurants offers you the opportunity of seeing daily Majorcan everyday life. There are many sandy beaches to choose from in the area all within a 10 to 20 minute drive by car.
The property is very large. It has two separate housing areas with two detached homes each having its own yard and private pool. The next door finca Can Colonya can host eight people. Perfect for a family holiday or an escape with friends.

The Pollensa golf course is just a 5-minute drive away, and Pollensa itself is located approximately 2.5 km away. The nearest beaches of Puerto Pollensa or the Bay of Alcudia can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
For holidaymakers seeking the authentic Mallorca, Pollensa and its harbortown namesake, Puerto Pollensa, are ideal retreats.
Far from the hustle and bustle of "Ballermann", diverse landscapes merge here with well-maintained sandy beaches. Pollensa is a good starting point for exploring the entire island and the Tramuntana Mountains are perfect for hiking and cycling tours. In Puerto Pollensa, the beach slopes very gently into the water. Therefore, it is well-suited for young children to play. Behind the yacht and fishing harbor extends the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. It enjoys a particularly great view of the steep slopes of the Tramuntana Mountains.

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.
