Description
Original 60s, incl. furnishings. The right place to feel at home and let your soul dangle, watch the ducks, geese, fish, bats and fireflies.
The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 people (max. 12 people could also be accommodated as there are 2 bedrooms with direct access in the outbuilding - but there is only one bathroom incl. WC).
A living room in the original charm of the 60s,
A fully equipped kitchen incl. functioning wood cooker (but of course there is a modern electric cooker as well as a dishwasher)
The separate shower can be used (this is in the boiler room a little provisional but structurally not otherwise possible - clean).
You will feel like you are back in your childhood, as if time stood still and your grandmother was about to fetch the apple strudel from the wood-burning oven.
In the vegetable garden you can help yourself to fresh herbs, lettuce, tomatoes or radishes, whatever is ripe at the moment - if the other guests have left something ;-)
or just listen to the quiet rushing of the brook in a deck chair or a hammock
If you sit in the garden you can see the hills vis a vis and the striking rock, almost like being in the mountains
If you feel like gardening, you can plant your own vegetable patch (you can get the photos of the harvest via Whatsapp)
In the village there is a bakery, a butcher's shop with a small grocery shop and 2 inns with a restaurant and beer garden.
because of COVID please bring your own towels and bed linen (bed linen can also be rented for 5,-- each).

The farm with its large garden is located directly in Mörnsheim, the river Gailach runs directly behind the fence and the access road.
The Altmühl, which invites you to go boating, is only about 1-2 km away.
There is a fireplace, a barbecue, a swing, various outdoor games such as cricket, boccia, table tennis bats, balls, 8 bicycles, 2 of which are for children aged approx. 4 to 6 years, 3 sunshades, 2 used boats including paddles, garden tables and chairs, 3 deck chairs, a hammock including stand.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

up to 8 bicycles, including 2 children's bicycles, are available for guests.
2 boats - a kayak and a 3-person canoe can be used if you are able to transport them.
