Description
"Ferienhaus Uhling", 5-room house 100 m² with outdoor terrace. Central heating / gas, Spacious and bright, comfortable and tastefully furnished.
1 x living room with dining area and kitchen and exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, 2 x fridges, freezer, electric coffee machine and coffee pad machine). Kitchen is fully equipped for up to 6 people.
1 x guest toilet
1 x bathroom with walk-in shower / WC and underfloor heating as well as washing machine (top loader 6Kg, therme silent, washbasin, tiles)
1 x bedroom (18 m²) with double bed (200 cm, length 200 cm) as well as comfort height, 2 single mattresses
1 x bedroom (16,5 m²) with double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) as well as 2 single mattresses. (The footboard is removable)
1 x bedroom (14,5 m²) with 2 single beds (90 cm, length 190 cm and 90 cm, length 200 cm)
1 x travel cot with mattress and fitted sheets
1 x children's high chair
Covered terrace with view of the garden and patio furniture

Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival is possible. You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of a withdrawal, you are required to compensate for the damages we have incurred: from the day of the booking confirmation by the landlord until the 60th day before the start of the rental, no compensation from the 61st day to the 30th day before the rental starts, the amount of the deposit from the 31st day to the 15th day before the rental starts, 50% of the total price from the 14th day to the 8th day before the rental starts, 80% of the total price If you withdraw less than eight days before the rental starts, the full travel price must be paid. The receipt date of your withdrawal message counts. Any payments already made will be offset. You can provide a substitute person who will enter into your contract under the mentioned conditions. A written notification is sufficient.

It was great!
I was there with a friend and a total of 4 children. With the outdoor facilities (table tennis table, swings), it was great for us. The location is quiet. However, I would wish for fly screens on the windows as there are quite a lot of mosquitoes there....

Quietly located holiday home.
We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, sparkling clean holiday home. The location with the surrounding forest and also the equipment is top-notch. We will be happy to come back someday. Highly recommended.
