Phew, arrived,
You get out. The front garden welcomes you with colourful shrubs.
Immediately after you open the beautiful wooden house, a pleasant scent of cedar rises to your nose - right now your holiday begins.
Inside, it is exclusive, decorated in calm warm colours. The 110 square metres offer plenty of space for up to 6 people.
The tour starts immediately on the right. A generously equipped bathroom with two washbasins, shower and bathtub invites you to relax. Next to it is a small guest toilet.
Further on, a large dressing room leads to the parents' bedroom. On the wall there is a small TV to watch DVDs and a shelf with a small selection of books.
The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. Directly adjacent is the dining area with a beautiful wooden table.
From here, the view continues into the cosy living room, where the Swedish stove is ready for cooler days, when you want to have some crackling warmth in addition to the central heating.
First, take a look at the two smaller rooms, each equipped with a French bed. The first children's books are already waiting here. Since the whole house is equipped with roller blinds, your toddlers will also get some peace and quiet during their nap.
The spacious living room is furnished with a leather sofa and solid wood furniture. A large fireplace and the music system as well as the glass showcase are located here, so that you feel at home right away. A large selection of games can be found next to the folders with excursion destinations.
When you enter the conservatory, the view opens onto the homely garden with its spacious terrace.
The 1000 square metres of land are framed in this area with tall trees and rhododendrons, where squirrels and birds like to cavort. On the terrace you are all to yourself.
Behind the lawn you can see the garden shed where some tools, toys and the parasol are stored. Children should not go exploring here alone.
Perhaps the first coffee has already gone through and you sit down in the conservatory and let the first impressions sink in.
And the first walk would be to the lake, which is about 5 min. away

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
