The property makes a very nice and well-kept impression. The apartment is very clean and modern. The surroundings are very good to explore by bike. We liked it very much.

The overall impression was very good, and it is nice how modern the apartments have been furnished. Starting each day with a view of the sea is simply dreamy. The associated parking garage is great and makes finding a parking space easier. Of course, here and there a few signs of wear can be seen within the apartment; nevertheless, another stay at the Dündenresidenz is planned for the future.

Friendly reception - Check-in and check-out quick and uncomplicated. Nice properties that we like to book. We were now for the second time in this property and will come back in September.
