It was really nice! The location is phenomenal! The unique location and the associated view allows you to overlook minor omissions such as the lack of air conditioning and missing cutlery. The interior of the apartment is stylish and modern. Always my pleasure!

Super uitzicht op de Oosterschelde en fraaie zonsondergang.

Het was wel even zoeken naar de sleutels die in de keybox van de bijbehorende berging zaten. De berging is ook erg handig om de fietsen te stallen.

Enige nadeel was dat het behoorlijk warm was omdat er geen airco in zat. Dat wisten we toen we boekten maar zou toch erg welkom zijn geweest in de warme periode die wij er waren.

We made access to the apartment a bit difficult; we didn't realize that the "storage room" with the keyboard for entering the key code is outside the building. A photo in the mail with the code would be helpful here. We had a small problem in the apartment and called the emergency number. called. We were helped very quickly, friendly and competently there. "sos@belvilla.nl" should be remembered! It is a pity that the house is so lonely. If you want a beach, you have to drive at least 6-7 km to Sint Annaland or Sint Martensdijk and there is nothing else around except the brasserie in the house. So: a stroll in front of the door is a pure nature experience. Will be outweighed by the view of the Oosterschelde when you wake up... Nice, relaxing holiday there!

Great location and very well equipped apartment with fantastic views of the Scheldt. It is advantageous that there is a restaurant within the building, as the gastronomic offerings in the immediate area are very sparse. Storage room for bicycles with charging option for e-bikes is very pleasant, as are the direct and extensive parking options.

Despite loud celebrations at the weekend in the brasserie on the ground floor, it was a very relaxing holiday. Wonderful to be able to listen to the waves all day long. Apartment was clean, the kitchen equipment was available for the essentials.

Upon arrival the apartment had not been cleaned, the rubbish had not been taken out and there was only one bed made up for 2 people. This is probably only because there were only two of the previous tenants. We then phoned Belvilla. The SOS cleaning service was supposed to come, but didn't come. We then vacuumed and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen ourselves. After several phone calls to Belvilla, the cleaning service came on Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. The poor guy couldn't speak English or German. We then communicated via his cell phone translator. He didn't have to clean anymore, we had done it ourselves! But he then freshly made all the beds and left hand and bath towels for everyone. The kitchen has a Senseo coffee pad machine, the toaster is good. Oven, dishwasher and washing machine with integrated dryer are almost self-explanatory, but operating instructions for the devices in English or German would be helpful. Unfortunately there is no cutlery for eating!!! The key box is not directly on the front door but next to the door of the wooden box belonging to the respective apartment on the left and right in front of the entrance door. The view is fantastic and the space for 4 people is completely sufficient. The toilet is quite small and cramped but the shower is huge! Quiet apartment. Duvets too thick for summer. If there is a party in the brasserie downstairs at the weekend, it can be a bit noisy for a while, then you have to close the windows to be quiet, which of course gets a little warmer in summer. Price for 1 week for our taste and what we experienced was a bit overpriced.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful view. Unfortunately, there was no cutlery available. Immediately reported to Belvilla, several people spoke, but unfortunately nothing was arranged. There was also not cleaned properly: the trash can was full of wipes in the toilet, dirty glasses in the bathroom and the shower drain was clogged (we had to get a bunch of hair out of it). Thanks to the customer-friendly host of brasserie de Zeester, we were fortunate to be able to borrow cutlery. We also had a delicious meal there.
