Welcome to this charming and family-friendly coastal retreat with beautiful sea views, ideally located in the well-preserved fishing and stonemason village of Sannäs. Set in a sunny, peaceful position, the cottage is just a short walk from the sea, excellent swimming spots, scenic nature trails, golf, and breathtaking viewpoints overlooking the archipelago. A municipal guest jetty is also available for arrivals by boat. The home sits in the older, most atmospheric part of the village and features multiple terraces in both sun and shade, creating perfect spaces for slow mornings, long lunches, and relaxed evenings after beach days and excursions. Inside, the ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room with large dining area, TV corner, cozy seating, and a traditional tiled stove; a bedroom with two single beds; and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Large windows and glass double doors connect the interior with patios and balcony, allowing constant enjoyment of the sea views. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms (three with double beds, one with twin beds; one is a walk-through), a toilet, and a comfortable second living room with TV and seating. Double doors open to the balcony, where sea air and sweeping views create the perfect setting for reading or unwinding. From the kitchen, step onto the sun deck with outdoor shower, loungers, and barbecue areas. Wi-Fi is included. Nearby, explore Bohuslän’s iconic fishing villages, kayak the archipelago, visit nature reserves like Tjurpannan, or experience Kosterhavet National Park. Golfers will appreciate nearby courses, including Mjölkeröds GK within walking distance.

This holiday home is a hidden gem! The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking with the family a breeze. Additionally, the outdoor area with the grill was a great place for our evening gatherings.
