Description
The entire settlement is built on a slope and consists of 30 small, single-story row houses with two apartments each. Our apartment is located quite high up on the slope and thus the view from the balcony allows a magnificent view of the lake with its sunsets over the opposite mountain range
The apartment has an integrated hall-living-kitchen area (with dining table, seating, a large corner couch, shelving, fan, a few books), a master bedroom (with double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet), a small children's room (with a dresser and bunk bed) and a small bathroom (with sink, shower and toilet). Particularly noteworthy is the large balcony with dining table and seating and its unforgettable view of the lake
The apartment is fully furnished except for bed and table linen and is ideal for two adults and two children
In addition, the complex includes a large swimming pool with adjacent children's pool
The lake is within walking distance in a few minutes.
Please note: Bed linen and towels are to be brought by the guest! Our apartment is clean and tidy and you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. However, the apartment is not freshly renovated and also not very modern furnished. This has been taken into account in the price. Please see the photos of the apartment to get an idea. The apartment is not heatable and is therefore only rented in warmer months. There is no wifi and no washing machine there.

Location and surroundings of object
Navene is a small village along the Gardesana Orientale, the eastern shore road and is located between the towns of Tempesta and Malcesine. There are two restaurants, a pizzeria with garden and a birreria. All are within easy walking distance from our apartment
Malcesine- a picturesque little town, charmingly restored around the castle, with numerous shopping opportunities, many restaurants, trattorias and ice cream parlors can be reached by car and also by public bus in a few minutes, there is also a wonderful bike and pedestrian path leading there directly along the lake. From there a cable car leads to Monte Baldo, which invites you to go skiing in winter and in the warmer seasons a wonderful lake view accompanies you while hiking or paragliding
A small boat trip to Limone on the opposite shore of the lake or, especially popular with children, a visit to the amusement park "Gardaland" in Garda is also a delightful experience
Active sportsmen will find a rich field of activities: especially for surfers and sailors Lake Garda is a paradise, but also mountain bikers and paragliders can let off steam. In addition, very close to the settlement there is a tennis court and a playground
On hot days you can enjoy not only the lake but also the swimming pool, from which you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the lake.
