Our apartments Casa Prea are on a hill, 3km far from the center of Malcesine, with a beautyfull view of the Lake Garda. Malcesine is one of the most beautyfull town on Lake Garda, situated on the north-east shore of the Lake.
There are three different apartments that we rent to our guest , plus two apartment whre live the owners.

| On 29th November 2013 Malcesine City Council established, by deliberation nr. 84, the Tourist Tax and approved the related regulation. On 1st April 2014 the tax applies to overnight stays for a maximum of 20 consecutive nights. For this apartment the Tourist Tax is 1,00 Euro per day , per person. |
