The apartments have one double bedroom and a sofà bed in the living room,bathroom,kitchen and balcony; ideal for 2/4 persons.

Our apartments Casa Prea are on a hill, 3km far from the center of Malcesine, with a beautyfull view of the Lake Garda. Malcesine is one of the most beautyfull town on Lake Garda, situated on the north-east shore of the Lake.
The town is on the shore of the lake and there is a cableway for reach the top of Mount Baldo 1800 meter high.

| The cost for pets is 8 euro for day. The cost for a baby cot is 20 euro for the whole holiday The cost for the air condition is 1 euro for kwh used On 29th November 2013 Malcesine City Council established, by deliberation nr. 84, the Tourist Tax and approved the related regulation. On 1st April 2014 the tax applies to overnight stays for a maximum of 20 consecutive nights. For this apartment the Tourist Tax is 1,00 Euro per day , per person. |

Beautiful flat with an amazing view!
This is an excellent flat with an amazing view of the Lago di Garda!
The flat is clean and comfortable! There is a great balcony with a lot of space and in front of the house is a place for the car. The size of the rooms are perfect for two guests. It is a very nice place to stay for the holidays, with the car you are in a few minutes in Malcesine. I can highly recommend it!!

Tolle Aussicht, ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral gelegen!
Wir waren 1 Woche in der wunderschönen und gepflegten Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür! Einfach super!
Die Vermieter wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind sehr gastfreundlich! Auch unser großer Hund wurde herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank!
Beim nächsten Gardasee-Besuch möchten wir sehr gerne erneut in diese Wohnung.
