This detached villa in Flevoland is located by the water and features a jetty, from where you can enter the water to swim among the ducks. The modern accommodation is ideal for family holidays.
The wonderful location by the water is one of the highlights of this house. In Harderwijk and Ermelo you will find cosy restaurants, nice shops and several supermarkets.
All rooms are on the ground floor. One of the bathrooms has a sun shower and you have a well-equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine, an extra-large fridge and a separate freezer. You can also prepare your favourite meals using the pizzarette, BBQ and airfryer. From its modern look to the enclosed garden and the floating waterside terrace with a comfortable lounge set; this holiday home has all the ingredients for a dream holiday! For recreation, there is a table football table and a shuffleboard.
If you come with your dog then it is great walking in the Strokelbos in Harderwijk with several nice hiking trails. It is a very extensive off-leash area for dogs.
In Zeewolde is restaurant Fika where you can eat a delicious snack on the terrace with your dog. Walk from there along the beach where your dog can swim.
Looking for a bigger dog beach drive to the Erkemeder dog beach. For a few euros entrance fee your dog can swim there all day. You can also go into the water together. Highly recommended!
Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, there may be inconvenience (weekends excepted). The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone all year round. Because of the peace and quiet, it should be quiet at 22:00 on the park. It is also not allowed to play loud music during the day.

The house was really beautiful. It was a shame that we only had rain during the week and there was a building site opposite with a lot of dirt.

We had great holidays in this wonderful vacation villa.
The environment is amazing and you can easily reach the city of Harderwijk, which is a beautiful city with great restaurants.
The villa has everything you need for relaxation and fun.
Our dog loved the vacation so much, she went swimming every day. Also we had a lot of fun in the water with the standup paddleboard and the canoe.
We really recommend this vacation villa for everyone who wants relaxation and fun, especially when you own a dog.

Dear Sir or Madam, we had an oasis in the area of a major construction site. The villa we booked was exactly what we expected. Everything was relatively clean and adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we had a morning wake-up service through the construction sites directly opposite from 7:00 a.m. This has prompted us to regularly leave the house from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Otherwise, we find the artificial turf completely inappropriate in terms of sustainability. A holder for the shower gel in the shower area would be desirable. We will definitely be planning our next stay in the resort again no later than a year after the construction work is complete. The bungalow is top furnished. Wonderful beds. Inside temperature very pleasant, even at an outside temperature of 30 degrees. The garden is fantastic, enjoyed on the deck. Very nicely lit in the evening. Lovely walk in the area. In short, highly recommended!

What a great week of vacation! This villa has everything we needed: very neat, quiet location, nicely decorated, well fenced garden, and very friendly owners.
There is still some activity on the domain for the construction and construction of other villas. We knew this in advance, and it certainly did not disturb our peace.
In the villa itself everything was very neat and everything is also there to maintain it in between. Very handy that you can quickly do some laundry and dry it!
The garden was ideal for our dog. She could walk around safely because of the solid fence and the gates that could be locked. Always an added value if you can leave your dog outside carefree.
In short: we had a fantastic week and fully enjoyed the tranquility.

A very luxuriously furnished holiday home that really lacks nothing, even a charging station is present. There are several walking and cycling routes adjacent to the park. For the dog, there are 2 dog beaches within a 15-minute drive at restaurant Fika in Zeewolde and a little further the slightly larger Erkemederstrand.Behalve Harderwijk, Elburg is also highly recommended to visit.

There was a lot of construction work in the street. Starting from 7:00 AM. So we didn"t enjoy that much. Even on Saturdays they were working. My wife needs her sleep much and was constantly woken up by the traffic .

Fantastically beautiful villa with a beautiful location right on the water. The fact that there is still construction going on in front of the house didn't bother us as the noise was kept to a minimum. In the evening there was complete peace and relaxation on the terrace. Very nice decor and also very clean. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook. We are currently looking into buying something in the park ourselves because we really liked it there. There is just one more thing that would be desirable in the park. A small shop with fresh bread rolls every day and a few things for everyday needs. See Anja & Holger

The house is a dream, well equipped. Unfortunately, the construction noise next door disturbs us from 7 a.m.; it was pointed out in the description, but we had hoped it wasn't that tight. In addition, we would have wished that there was at least one bakery and a small shop for everyday needs on the premises. The cleanliness is unfortunately the only real drawback - strong grass smell on arrival, sofa full of sand and stones and in my parents' bed between the mattresses unfamiliar clothes
