This modern villa is ideal for peace-seekers and gezgend with a unique location in Flevoland, by the swimming water. The bedrooms comfortably accommodate friends, family or families. You can park a sloop at the private jetty and the enclosed garden makes it very suitable for children and pets.
Just a few minutes by boat will take you to the Veluwe Lake, ideal for fishing and sailing enthusiasts. It also borders the Harderbos nature reserve with many walking and cycling routes. The Veluwe forests are home to many deer, wild boar and special bird species! Be sure to visit the atmospheric Hanseatic city of Harderwijk, full of history, culture and cosy restaurants/terraces. You can rent bicycles a short distance from the house. The house is located in a new housing estate where work may take place on weekdays, outside the construction period.
The villa has a bright interior with lots of luxury. From the living and dining room you have beautiful views over the water and the spacious bedrooms have a fresh look. After a long day, you can relax in the hot tub or sauna (on the side of the house).
The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone. No fireworks are allowed throughout the year. For the sake of peace and quiet, the park must be quiet at 22:00. It is also not allowed to play loud music during the day.

Despite the construction work, the house was very quiet and you hardly noticed it. The facilities were first class, the best holiday home in the Netherlands we have ever had (and we have been going there for years)!

Nice and spacious house with beautiful modern furnishings. Good facilities with the jacuzzi and sauna. Everything was neat and clean and it's also nice that each bedroom has its own shower. Definitely recommended and will undoubtedly come back again. Excellent price/quality ratio.

Very nice, spacious holiday home with a great view, directly over the water, and fully equipped to feel good (from the well-equipped, spacious kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, to the outdoor whirlpool).
We moved into the house with 6 friends for a short weekend, our very high expectations were not disappointed. Initial difficulties - beds were not made - were quickly resolved by the caretaker after a short phone call to the Belvilla hotline. At this point, thank you very much again for this.
However, the technical equipment (heating/air conditioning, electric fireplace, etc.) is not necessarily self-explanatory and therefore could not be adjusted as desired - but fortunately it was not absolutely necessary.
Can definitely recommend the house.

Very nice, large and spacious house. Was very clean. Everything looked good and sleek. The only downside: the kitchen was missing several glasses and mugs, so not everyone had a glass/mug/wine glass, etc.

The house was great! Very nice, large spacious living room to sit comfortably with all of us, beautiful bedrooms with each bedroom its own bathroom, wonderful jacuzzi and sauna, but ... when the jacuzzi broke on Sunday, we called ourselves drowsy but no one could contact us help (box to the wall, or just stop answering). Too bad, if you book a house with this and you can not use it for 2 days. And, even worse, when we got home 5 of the 9 people were covered with red bumps that itch and / or hurt. No idea where this is coming from. We have submitted our complaint, but have to wait 6/8 weeks for a response. I find that strange, since the physical complaints are now playing..
