Description
The house "Eintracht" is located on Wilhelmstraße, Sellin's promenade street, and is only two minutes (150 metres) away from the main beach and the famous Sellin pier. It is built in the typical style of the spa architecture at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in 2000. In the house there are 12 comfortably and modernly equipped holiday flats for up to 6 persons. Parking spaces are available for our guests behind the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Wilhelmstraße is Sellin's promenade street, where the house "Eintracht" is also located. This lime-lined avenue runs directly towards the main beach and Sellin's landmark, the rebuilt pier, which is thus an extension of Wilhelmstraße. At the other end of this central street, a passage leads to the Seepark. Most of the houses in Wilhelmstraße, like the street itself, are listed as they were built in the style of spa architecture around the turn of the century. This also applies to the "Eintracht" house. In recent years, Wilhelmstraße has developed enormously, so that today you have a wide choice of cafés and restaurants. Sellin is framed by the beech forests of the Granitz, which reach up to the high shore beach, from where you can look across to the chalk coast of the Jasmund peninsula. After Binz, the town is once again one of the most popular seaside resorts on the island, but has not lost its original charm.

| The price includes bed linen and towels (first supply), and a parking space at the house. Only the visitor's tax is added. For less than 7 nights, we charge a surcharge of € 10 per person on the total price if you do not bring your own bed linen and towels. Booking duration in the high season usually at least seven nights, over New Year's Eve at least 4 nights (except for gaps in occupancy). |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
