If you are looking for a modern villa with a private pool in a quiet suburb of Pula, Villa Magnifica is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. It is located 2 km from the center of Pula, which abounds in many sights and 2.5 km from beautiful beaches. The villa is spread over 450 sqm. The interior area is 150 qm and is nicely and modernly furnished. The villa has a private pool (24qm) and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It has 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed 180 * 210 cm, one with a double bed 160 * 200 cm and one with a single bed 90 * 200 and 3 bathrooms - one bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub upstairs, one bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer on the ground floor, and one bathroom with toilet and shower by the pool. The living room is large and comfortable, has a TV and is connected to the dining room and kitchen which is fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils. In the garden by the pool there is an outdoor shower, deck chairs, sun screens and lots of space next to the grill where you can feel like a real boss while preparing delicacies for family or friends. The garden is surrounded by high walls so you can have a private atmosphere. This holiday home with pool in Pula also has a parking garage. The villa is also fully air conditioned and has free WiFi. Shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
