Welcome to this pleasant accommodation which is located with one of Bohuslän's finest and most famous nature reserve Tjurpannan as a neighbor. The villa, which is allowed for pets, has generous spaces both inside and out, the garden is fenced with an approximately 1 m high fence that is reached directly from the terrace area. Here are short walking distances to the sea and good swimming in beautiful nature with nice nature trails and viewpoints with views over the surrounding archipelago. At the nearby Saltviks camping, in addition to a swimming area, there is also mini golf, a playground, an outdoor gym and the opportunity to rent a boat. Take a trip to the seaside resort of Grebbestad to experience and stroll on the piers in the bustling guest harbor, eat at a restaurant or outdoor restaurant, shop or just enjoy the sea air on a sofa in the park. Take the opportunity to enjoy crayfish, shrimp and not least oysters, which are considered by many to be the best in the world! This villa is located in a sunny location with a nice terrace area that has both lounge and outdoor dining area and barbecue, a perfect place to enjoy pleasant moments and conversations while enjoying the sea delicacies or a juicy tasty piece of meat from the grill. The villa has a large lawn that is perfect for games and play, there is also a swing and a small slide for the small children. It is not far to several of northern Bohuslän's picturesque fishing villages where you in addition to experiencing the narrow alleys, summer shops, restaurants can also rent boat charters, fishing trips or why not a kayak to experience the beautiful archipelago outside. Several nature reserves with fantastic nature are in the area such as. Sweden's first marine national park Kosterhavet National Park is well worth a visit. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses to choose from, the nearest of which is Mjölkeröds GK. Welcome to a wonderful holiday in the northern Bohuslän coastline.

Recommendations: "We had booked the house from Saturday. Saturday afternoon we received a call that there was a problem with the cleaning and it wasn't finished yet. For us, no problem, as we were arriving in Sweden on Sunday anyway. However, on Sunday afternoon, upon our arrival, there was a gentleman sitting on ""our"" sofa, who had apparently cleaned everything and wanted to know right at the entrance if we were satisfied." He then left, and we had to realize that especially in the kitchen, the floor as well as all the cabinet doors were sticky, there were still toothpaste residues on the bathroom mirror - in short, we first cleaned ourselves to feel comfortable. What could unfortunately not be removed was the terrible smell of dog on the two sofas, all the cushions, and the floor in the parents' bedroom. That was extremely unpleasant for us! Since there was a question about the furnishings - there were a lot of cabinets, most of which were either locked or stuffed with personal items. There was probably almost everything in terms of equipment, but in a wild mess and partly very unkempt. Some utensils, e.g. the cordless vacuum cleaner, were defective. We would have liked a few more options for hanging laundry. The mattresses are very worn in all the beds, so we had real problems after a few nights. The house has a great location and offers plenty of space; it is aging, but with some care and love, it could become a really nice holiday home. The terrace is also wobbly or splintered in several places, the terrace furniture is extremely dirty and full of bugs, and behind one of the outdoor sofas lies a dead bird. The grass or clover in the meadow was very high, so we needed about 10 days with the lawn mower robot to make it playable again. The play equipment for small children has grown into the tall grass. The nature reserve, including great hiking opportunities and a view of the sea, is right next door, so there is always something happening. There are some neighbors in close proximity. Shopping options, gas station, etc. are easily accessible by car. We visited among others the classics Fjällbacka, Grebbestad, Havstenssund (for us the best bathing option and a nice harbor restaurant) and Oslo. We cannot recommend the house unreservedly and found it too expensive for the offered condition.

We had an amazing week at this holiday home! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of eight, and the kids loved the outdoor play equipment, The area is beautiful for walks, and we enjoyed several barbecues on the terrace, Highly recommend!

Very good equipment, nothing is missing. Great quiet location right next to a nature reserve. Large property with terrace and outdoor furniture. It might be more suitable for dog owners, as it smelled strongly of wet dog in the master bedroom (during our stay). We couldn't get rid of the smell either.

This holiday home was a delightful find! The grilling facilities made our evenings special, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches. A great place for a relaxing getaway!
