The apartment on the Costa Calma is located in the "Jardin del Rio" complex, in the 2nd row from the top, so not directly on the street. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea. For cooler or windy days, the Casa Lia has a conservatory that can be opened completely if desired.
It consists of a cozy living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom and an exclusive bathroom with a walk-in shower. All rooms are well equipped for a relaxing holiday. The terrace invites you to sunbathe or have a sunny breakfast. The great location and the equipment of the apartment will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. It is only a few minutes' walk to the sandy beach of Costa Calma. Beach towels are also provided. The apartment can be reached largely without stairs. Fast fiber optic internet access (Wifi) is also available.

Pure relaxation
We were two in the very well-equipped, quietly located apartment. Nothing was missing. We used the wind-protected balcony from early morning until the afternoon in the sun. The lovely Vera took care of every concern immediately, thank you again. The apartment is absolutely recommended. We would love to come back.

Pure relaxation in the Casa Lia
As soon as you enter the well-maintained facility 'Jardin del Rio', you immediately enjoy the view down to the sea and the mountains further back. Parking spaces in front of the facility are always available. The spacious apartment is very cozy and thoughtfully furnished. The many cabinets, shelves, and hanging options are a positive aspect that allows for the comfortable storage of all personal belongings. The large fridge-freezer combination in the kitchen is ideal for self-catering. The nights were very restful due to the comfortable mattresses and the quiet surroundings. A special highlight is the large balcony with a winter garden. Here we could enjoy the start of the day with a cozy breakfast in pleasant temperatures and sunshine. The deck chairs and a parasol available in the vacation apartment could be taken to the beach. We thank Vera Laubach for the nice support. Casa Lia gladly again. ?

Top apartment in a great location
The apartment is absolutely recommended. You will find everything that belongs to a proper household. Cleanliness is really great - very well-maintained property. There is very fast internet and, for those interested, German satellite TV. Shopping facilities are 200-300m away from the apartment, really very convenient. The apartment is in the second row to the street and is therefore quiet, which was very important to us. The built-in safe was especially good and secure, which we consistently used throughout our vacation. We were very kindly welcomed by Vera Laubach, and everything in the apartment was explained to us very well. We believe every holidaymaker wishes for such support and service as Mrs. Laubach provides to her clients. Absolutely fantastic.

It was a very nice vacation.
We stayed at Casa Lia for several weeks. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Laubach and well looked after the entire time. The apartment was exactly as described, there was really nothing to complain about. Everything looked clean and well-maintained. We would love to come back again!!

Holiday apartment with sea view.
We have been going to Costa Calma for many years and this time we chose Casa Lia and we were not disappointed. The apartment is in very good and well-maintained condition, everything is there that you need for a relaxing and stress-free holiday. The sea view is great and the way to the sea is less than 5 minutes. Everything is as described and Mrs. Laubach is a very nice and accommodating host who is always available. We give a 100 percent recommendation.
