Villa "Lastavica Pod Ruzon" is located in the heart of Istria, on the outskirts of the small village Munci.
The complex consists of 2 houses, whose courtyards intersect, and they are connected by a large vaulted passage, right next to a large pool.
In the larger house, Lastavica (100 m2), at your disposal you have the upper floor of the house: A kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has three single beds. The sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed for one more person.
The smaller of the two houses, Pod Ruzon, is equal to 70 m2. On the first floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is another bedroom (one double and one extra single bed). In total, both villas can accommodate 11 guests.
Besides the large pool in the first courtyard, there is an additional free-standing pool, outdoor barbecue and comfortable furniture for sunbathing and lounging.
While we know that Istria will disarm you with its charm and tradition, do not take our word for it.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the small village Munci, 7 km from Pazin. The village is easily accessible by car, as the highway exit is only 4 km away. Plodine supermarket and Lidl supermarket are 10 minutes away. In the surrounding area there are many good restaurants (Motel Lovac in Pazin, Konoba Beram in Berm, Pod Ladonjon in Žminj ...), and gas stations are nearby.
Pazin, the nearest town, is more than 1000 years old. With a castle built on a cave, it offers a spectacular view of natural phenomena.
In the center of Pazin there is a local food market, a fish market, a cinema, two beautiful waterfalls and a river. A special attraction is the zip line and jump over the Pazin cave.
The nearest beaches, those in Porec, are 30 km away.
Pula airport (PUY) is 45 km away.
Near the house there is a marked bike path, and you can hike through the nearby forests.

Great house, great host
We are very satisfied. We had a nice vacation. A great house with a great pool and garden. The host is a great person! There is nothing negative to say. 100% positive experience. Highly recommended. Thank you from the heart for everything!

Vacation with family and dogs
Holiday in a beautiful main house with two dogs. The equipment was sufficient. The landlord was very, very nice and friendly. He immediately responded to all needs. After one week, fresh bed linen and fresh towels were provided. The reception was very friendly. Fruit and wine were ready. In addition, a farewell BBQ was organized. That was really nice.
The accommodation is located in a very rural area and a car is necessary. (Beach about 30 minutes, other places Porec, Rovinj, Pula 30-40 minutes) but we knew that. The second house is a bit smaller and unfortunately we couldn't use it because there was quite a lot of vermin there. However, the landlord immediately called an exterminator. Only our children didn't want to go in there anymore.
The pool is just great and we had a lot of fun.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of barking dogs in the entire area because every household has an unchecked dog and there is a dog shelter with several dogs opposite. The noise level is therefore very loud, even at night. Our dogs unfortunately were also influenced by it. So you shouldn't be very sensitive. (This is the countryside)
There are some hiking trails from the house, but in general you also have to drive a bit here.
Shopping facilities and restaurants are easily accessible nearby.
