Description

The modern, comfortable holiday apartments Sollig and Prinzenkopf offer a wonderful view of the Moselle from the living kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with radio, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator. Dining area, couch, satellite TV, and access to the balcony (4 steps) with table, 2 chairs, and sunshade. The balcony faces southwest with midday and evening sun. Bedroom with double bed and view of the Moselle. New bathroom with hairdryer, walk-in shower, and toilet. Bakeries, restaurants, bus stop, ship landing stage and wine taverns are very easy to reach on foot in the immediate vicinity. Own parking space directly at the house.
From May 1, 2025, an additional holiday apartment can be booked in the same house. Same size and same price. Please ask for available dates.

Location and surroundings of object

The Historic Winegrowing School is very centrally located with a view of the water. The Moselle ferry quickly takes you across to the other side of the Moselle. A wine tavern is just a few meters from the holiday apartment. So is the bakery. Further shopping opportunities and restaurants are within walking distance in the village.

First guest in new flat.

A well-equipped new flat in a historic house in a dream location with a real view of the Moselle (50m) onto the ferry to Alf. The owner was great at fulfilling all our wishes. Everything you need was there. Parking space under the carport. Huge balcony on the Moselle side. We were completely satisfied.
