Description
We would like to welcome you to our new holiday flat in the Silbertal.
Our 60 m² flat is located in a quiet and central location. The flat has its own entrance and has a covered terrace and garden. From there you can enjoy the view of the mountains. The flat offers space for 1 - 6 persons, has 2 bedrooms each with shower and toilet. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ...), a dining area and a sofa bed. There is also a storage room, a wardrobe, TV and free WIFI.
Parking spaces are available (free of charge).

Location and surroundings of object
In only 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the center and the Kristbergbahn. The Kapellbahn, which takes you to the skiing area Silvretta-Montafon, is only a few minutes drive away. A free ski bus goes there - the bus stop is directly in front of the house
In summer our house is the ideal starting point for hikes and walks.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday
Dear Theresa and Sebastian, after a first personal prevention and cancellation, we finally made it to you in the Silbertal for 3 weeks. And had no regrets. The flat is lovingly but clearly and functionally furnished. The photos here in the advertisement correspond 100% to reality. The location is unbelievably beautiful
Silbertal, with its high altitude and a mountain railway station, offers access to the mountains even without the car traffic that unfortunately is otherwise somewhat rampant in the Montafon. As we are holiday home renters ourselves, we know how difficult it is to meet all the wishes of every guest - you do this, are open to suggestions about your new flat and radiate a warmth without being intrusive. Thank you for everything, it was a wonderful holiday in late summer 2022 despite a few rainy days and the first snow.

Super accommodation with a fantastic view
The modern flat impresses with its simple elegance, spaciousness and cleanliness. Another highlight is the beautiful view. The location is also very good - the centre of Silbertal can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. In addition, Silbertal as well as the Montafon offer a variety of possibilities for families and children. The Apartment Fitsch and its landlords - Theresa and Sebastian - are a highly recommendable holiday address! Thank you very much for your hospitality!
