This detached holiday home is located in Mittersill in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Salzburgerland and is divided into 2 completely separate, modern holiday apartments, which you can rent individually or as 1 unit.
The holiday home for a maximum of 20 people has 2 large living rooms, each with a sofa bed and direct access to a large terrace, 2 open fully equipped kitchens and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find 6 modern bedrooms (2 with 2 stackable beds each), some with their own bathroom or shower, and 2 balconies. The holiday home also offers a washing machine and dryer, a ski storage room, 2 carports and a large garden with garden furniture.
Mittersill offers direct access to the well-known Kitzski ski area (Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill). From Mittersill, you can take the Kitzbüheler Alpen Panoramabahn directly to the Resterkogel mountain station with perfectly groomed slopes, numerous off-pistes and a snow park. The entire ski area offers 233 kilometers of slopes and can be reached via 11 access lifts. Mittersill and the surrounding area also offer many other sporting winter activities such as cross-country skiing, tobogganing and snowshoeing.
Mittersill is known in summer for its many activities and its central location in Salzburgerland. The immediate surroundings offer numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities as well as an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the surrounding area by bike using the Tauern cycle path. In summer, the public outdoor pools in Mittersill and Stuhlfelden as well as the Hollersbach bathing lake offer lots of cooling off and swimming fun!
Directly in Mittersill there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Room too small for adults, no WiFi, no one felt responsible. Infrared cabin was the door reads not close when asked it was said that it may not be used but it is in the advertisement. 1 in 1 shower we have a handful of hair comes out because it no longer drained kitchen equipment not sufficient for 13 people 2 pans 3 small casserole dishes and 3 small plastic bowls

The house is awesome and very suitable for a trip with many friends. The large kitchen, main room and the fireplace are the absolute highlight in this house.

We knew the house from last year. Apparently the predecessors had left the house too late, so the friendly cleaning staff was still there. Unfortunately, it has not been completely finished. But that doesn't matter.

Upon arrival in both coffee machines, the moldy coffee filter, the trash can and the empty bottles from New Year's Eve are still at the house. Of course that doesn't look nice. We didn't have WiFi all week. The door to the infrared sauna is still broken. ( since 2020 ). Otherwise it was a nice holiday and we would love to come back to the house despite everything.
