This modern 2-story villa is located in a small and quiet village, Loborika, 6 km from the center of Pula.
On a large fenced plot of 1100 m2, you can enjoy a small garden with lawns and plants, a heated pool of 95 m2, 140 cm deep, with interior steps, and enjoy in long swimmings and spa ambient of heated water.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation.

The house consists of two floors (300 m2). On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with air conditioning and access to the pool, an open kitchen, 1 bedroom with access to the pool and dressing room, with 1 French bed, shower/toilet, TV, and air conditioning, plus a separate toilet.

The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, with 1 French bed, shower/toilet, and TV, with air conditioning and exit to the terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 French bed, shower/toilet, and TV, and air conditioning. In the spa area on the ground floor, you can enjoy a jacuzzi, an infrared sauna, and massages (for a fee).

The villa is ideal for a vacation with family and friends.
