The apartment "Villa Hanse 316" is a very nice, tastefully furnished holiday apartment near the beach. The bedrooms are very spacious and the mattresses extremely comfortable. The "master" bathroom has a pleasantly large shower and is overall okay, but in our opinion, additional storage options would be useful, especially when staying with 4 people (2 adults and 2 grandchildren). The living room with integrated kitchen is sufficiently large. The kitchen is fully equipped; however, the drawer with the cutlery is inconveniently located below the electric stove [but that's actually nitpicking at a high level :)]. Not so nice was that seagulls were nesting on the roofs of the opposite houses, and the young ones made "alarm" all day and even late into the night. An inquiry with the very nice staff at the Meer Fun office revealed that the seagulls in Kühlungsborn are protected, but they want to address the problem.

In this respect, the apartment is well equipped. In the bedroom, there is no television, and in my opinion, hooks on the walls are missing, as well as storage options for various utensils. We also wished for more storage options in the bathroom.

We had a very nice short vacation in Kühlungsborn. The apartment is very modern and high-quality, furnished with loving little details. It was clean, and we felt completely comfortable. Its central location is also very advantageous. We would rent the apartment again at any time and also recommend it further.

For the umpteenth time, we were again in Kühlungsborn. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was not as usual this time. However, the reported deficiencies were quickly addressed by a cleaning staff, and the requested blankets and missing cutting knives were promptly delivered. Great service and a lovely time.

The excellent location, combined with the very good furnishings of the apartment, can only be rated very well. Furthermore, a friendly and accommodating service from "Meerfun"! We spent a wonderful week in the "Villa Hanse" with our granddaughter. Highly recommended.

The apartment is good and affordable, located in the east. The swimming pool has been well used daily. The amenities were small but insufficient. However, any problems were addressed immediately.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, it can only be recommended to a limited extent for the summer, as it gets very, very warm and does not cool down even at moderate temperatures.

The location of the apartment is top-notch! The room size is also okay for the number of people, but the bathrooms are very small. There is too little storage space. The kitchen is very well equipped; however, we searched for the cutlery and only found it after inquiring. It is arranged oddly. The couch is too small for four people and is not particularly comfortable. The apartment is a bit dated but still reasonable. The cleanliness was okay, but it could have been cleaner for my taste. We had to have it cleaned upon arrival, which really annoyed me; I have never experienced that before. MeerFun was great, all requests and comments were handled immediately, and they always communicated with me nicely and friendly.

The contact with the agency MeerFun was very, very friendly from beginning to end. Uncomplicated and easy. We would gladly book with MeerFun again. The Villa Hanse is in Kühlungsborn in a top location. Just a few steps and you're on Strandstraße, right in the midst of the action.

Quietly located apartment. Curtains in the bedroom for darkening are good as it is quite bright in the courtyard even at night. The location of the villa is good. Shopping is around the corner, and it’s only a short walk to Molly.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the location and the equipment of the apartment itself. Everything is very good. However, the building lacks an elevator. Very unfortunate. Not recommended for older people, as there is a rather long and quite steep staircase leading up to the first floor. It was viewed negatively that the washing machine has been out of order for a long time, and that the lock on the garbage containers is unreasonable. Impossible to manage. One "gets their hands totally dirty" when opening and closing. Very good that the time of the apartment's release is communicated via email. Conclusion: Recommended for young guests - less so for older ones. K.-J.

A very nice, clean, and highly recommended vacation apartment. The pool on the ground floor is also well-maintained and usable. Unfortunately, it was out of order for most of our stay, but no one can be blamed for that.

There are no points that need improvement! Everything was as it should be. The Meerfun team was always very friendly and helpful whenever there was something to be done, and it was done promptly. The location of the villa is perfect and the cleanliness is top-notch. The only thing we would have wished for would be a dry shelter for the bicycles, as they always got wet in the rain. And you don't really need that double garage, but we already knew that when booking. We would book Villa Hanse again at any time. We had a very nice vacation!
