Boltenhagen is a small paradise with a dream beach. The vacation apartment was ideally located about 150 m to the beach! The beach chair was included, and thus we were more than relaxed! The location was perfect for shopping around the corner or the evening walk to the beach or the promenade! TOP Everything was available in the apartment (except for pot holders and there were no seat cushions for the balcony furniture) Possibly a fly screen on the windows and darker curtains in the bedroom, as it was already bright at 3:00 AM! Would come back anytime, even to this apartment The Nordic Team 100% ? ? Despite Corona, the handling was great!

Unfortunately, the reception of the radio stations was very poor, internet connection and Wi-Fi were not available.

A very nice cozy apartment. Good amenities, everything you need is also available in the kitchen. The beach and shopping are not far away. The bathroom could be a bit larger. It would be nice if there were a few more storage spaces here. But otherwise, we would gladly come again. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice cozy apartment. Good amenities. Convenient location to the beach and shopping. EDEKA. The beach chair that belongs to the apartment is simply great. It would be nice, however, if the apartment had a Wi-Fi connection. So always happy to come back.

Nice apartment for New Year's Eve. Located by the beach, very good for walking. We were able to store our bikes and went on nice tours.

The apartment met our expectations. The distances, e.g., to the beach, were correct. The criticized pans in the kitchen are still present. Also, the cushions for the garden chairs are still missing. A tip from me, as someone who has booked many vacation rentals, is to bring a pan just like I take a selection of my kitchen knives. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped. The layout of the apartment was good.

We felt very comfortable in the beautifully furnished apartment and were able to spend relaxing days. And thanks to the new couch, the cushions no longer slide around in the evening. We particularly enjoyed the sunny days in the beach chair. The bicycles had a safe place in the locked bicycle storage room. The kitchen is well-equipped, and cooking is a joy. Unfortunately, the two Teflon pans are in such a heavily scratched condition that use is not possible without health risks (PTFE). A replacement should be made. We found the holiday apartment clean. However, we had to clean the balcony ourselves at the beginning of our stay from old dirt. The professional cleaning company has room for improvement there. Unfortunately, the spaces designated as exclusive loading and unloading zones at the entrance of the house are being used as permanent parking by the owner families. This is not a good example for the other holidaymakers. Especially since there is enough space available in the communal parking lot. We will definitely not be the last time in Boltenhagen and are happy to return to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is tastefully and homely furnished. Additionally, the quiet location, yet the beach, the center, and the supermarket are not far away. *However, it should be noted that construction work for a new large apartment building or hotel is starting in the immediate vicinity until the end of 2019. The so-called "bicycle storage room" is available, but cannot be assigned to the holiday apartment due to lack of labeling. All available spots are already occupied by bicycles, so even self-brought bikes cannot be accommodated in the bike storage room. This is a circumstance that owners of high-quality bikes should consider beforehand. Those who want to be entertained by a regional radio station during breakfast or other occasions will have a hard time finding a station without interference. Unfortunately, this applies to both existing "stereo systems." The comfortably furnished apartment would benefit from a higher-quality device. We have managed with the smartphone radio and our own Bluetooth speaker.

We could store our bicycles in a lockable room and take nice bike tours. We can definitely recommend the apartment. We would love to come back.

Quiet location in a cul-de-sac. Exactly 400 meters to the beach chair. Shopping (bread rolls) and restaurants are also easily reachable on foot. Sun on the balcony in the evening.
