This holiday apartment is really recommended. Super cozy and equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The beach can be reached comfortably on foot in 2 minutes, and the center of Boltenhagen is only about a 10-minute walk away. Since we traveled with a baby, it was very advantageous that a high chair and a travel cot were already available/included in the apartment. (Both in good, clean condition) Would love to come back!

The holiday apartment is very homely furnished with bright modern furniture that gives a like-new impression. We also really liked the amenities with a large TV, Blu-ray player, and small stereo system. An interesting selection of books and a collection of games should also help on a rainy day.

This accommodation was, all in all, a well-equipped apartment, which we found to be very clean, not far from the beach, and one could reach the sea in just a few minutes on foot. The bikes in the basement were great, although one was unfortunately broken and had to be taken for repair, which meant we had to borrow one. The apartment was cozy and modernly furnished, and there were hardly any signs of wear. To rate something negatively would be the sound insulation of the house - you could partially hear others talking and the children who lived above us. The service from Nordic was great; any problems or questions were immediately addressed or the caretaker was sent over (who is very nice!). In the apartment itself, there was a folder with informational brochures and some restaurant tips ready. Also, the bread roll service was great and cost-effective. What we clearly missed, however, was a telephone. In case of problems, one could have simply called or, for example, reserved a table like this. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly come back!

We enjoy traveling and have stayed in many vacation rentals and hotels. But from this vacation, we left excited and very relaxed. The accommodation corresponds exactly to what is described on the internet and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. The staff were very nice and answered all questions in detail. The location was as described, very close to the beach. There are plenty of shopping options nearby. We also used the bread delivery service. Unfortunately, they weren't that great for the price. But that's really the only thing to complain about. We enjoyed being there and would love to come back!

The apartment was poorly cleaned, old coffee from the previous tenant (or the one before that) in the coffee pot, the coffee machine was defective, according to the listing no pets - there were dog hairs present. In the garden, dogs could do their business, not usable. The pull-out bed in the living room was dirty, there were cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom, the lamp over the dining table no longer worked due to a short circuit. Be careful when booking: dogs are allowed on the property. In the neighboring apartment, there were 2 dogs present.

I was in this apartment last year and already left a review. The apartment has been newly renovated and is in top condition. Nothing is missing; everything you need is there. We have already booked the apartment for Christmas and are looking forward to the next stay. PS: there is one thing for the owner. The showerhead needs to be replaced.

The apartment was clean, but the entire lighting leaves much to be desired. In the bedroom, blackout blinds are missing, and in the bathroom, there are no mats in and in front of the shower tub to prevent slipping.

We have been booking this vacation apartment (15-2) for years and have always been satisfied. But: During our vacation this year (September 2024), we had to find out that one mattress (on the right, seen towards the window) was completely worn out. It was so bad that one of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room. Actually, we already knew about this condition from an acquaintance who had booked this apartment on our suggestion in early summer. He also communicated this to the reception. We were of the opinion that this deficiency would be resolved within half a year. Wrong thought.

We were in this apartment in the second half of September. Everything was available that one needed. Very good furnishings, large bathroom, and very good storage options in the large cabinets. The terrace was very nice because it was not visible from the outside. One could relax peacefully. We will probably rent this apartment again next year. Unfortunately, we could not use the bicycles and had to borrow some. Therefore, the depreciation of price/performance, which, however, does not diminish the good overall impression. It remains: a very good and comfortable apartment!

We have now been to the vacation apartment for the second time and were thrilled once again. The very well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The Loewe TV also provided cozy TV evenings when the weather wasn't great. The Wi-Fi network was stable. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough space in the cabinets. Overall, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The contact and reception by the management were seamless and pleasant. We are already looking forward to the next time.
