Very pleasant establishment, enough space, nice balcony with sea view. Especially practical is the underground garage with bicycle storage. The pillows were too thick for us :-) It's a pity that there is no separation of residual waste and organic waste.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the accommodation as presented in the offer. Small things could be improved, such as the cooking utensils (cooking spoon, strainer, etc.), we cleaned the balcony windows and balcony ourselves. For a good night's sleep, there is a bed with a remote control available for the perfect position, but one must like hard mattresses and pillows. All in all, we felt comfortable and will return to Boltenhagen like almost every year!

The apartment is very centrally located, which means short distances to the town center and the beach. The ventilation of the neighboring hotel did not bother us. The kitchen furnishings are in need of renovation for the standard of this apartment. The couch is uncomfortable. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable.

Aside from minor issues, such as wobbly chair and table legs, as well as dull knives, the overall impression is good. Very unpleasant was the daily cigarette smoke from the vacationer in the ground floor apartment in our sleeping area between 5:30 and 6:00 AM. I cannot currently provide a recommendation.

We were already in the apartment "Hanse Hof Wohnung 12" for the 2nd time and were satisfied as we were last year. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The balcony also invites you to sit outside.

Hansehof is a prime location in Boltenhagen. The apartment is very stylishly (conservatively) designed and furnished, in very well-maintained condition. A few hooks for hanging dish towels or similar in the kitchen would certainly not disturb the aesthetics, as well as coat hooks in front of the bathroom. The balcony view is not ideal (neighboring restaurant). Wi-Fi is missing.

The apartment is very good. Unfortunately, the TV is very high up on a cabinet. You get neck stiffness if you look up for too long. The sound also goes up, not good for hearing aid users. Otherwise, everything is okay. Odor nuisance from the kitchen of Villa Seebach....

The staff at Nordic are very helpful and friendly. A defective coffee machine was replaced within an hour. The apartment has patina, but is quite charming. The furnishings are adequate, but could be updated/improved. Dish towels and a shower mat were missing; we hadn't noticed that, otherwise we would have brought them ourselves. The underground garage and elevator allow people with limited mobility to use the apartment as well. The location is excellent, short distances to the beach and to restaurants/bakeries.

The location on the promenade is perfect. Just a minute's walk through the small park and you're at the beach. The spa park can be reached in 5 minutes. You can enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a view of the sea. Several restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. Extremely friendly reception at the service office. A small welcome package includes everything you need for a few days, e.g. Sponges, trash bags, dishwasher tablets (there is no dishwasher in the apartment), etc. Here and there a few things are missing in the kitchen equipment. The only downside was the pillows. One was so high and firm that using it could lead to at least concern about neck stiffness. Internet and Wi-Fi are available via a dedicated DSL connection. However, the data rate of about 1 MBit/s is quite poor. The telecom provider still needs to improve this. A private underground parking space is available. All in all, we still rate this vacation apartment as very good.

The sofa is rather uncomfortable and does not provide an option to put the feet up when two people sit there. Additionally, the number of power outlets in the bathroom and bedroom is insufficient. However, the location of the apartment is ideal because it is centrally located and not far from the beach.

The location is absolutely the highlight, just a minute to the beach. The underground garage and elevator are great. The apartment is cozy and the Wi-Fi is very good. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher, the kettle was a disaster, and the measuring cup for the egg cooker was missing. Just small things, overall a very nice apartment. We will definitely come back.

We were at the Hansehof in apartment 12 from June 25 to July 10. We were greeted very kindly by the rental staff. The apartment is very well furnished. Even small repair work was promptly completed after our report, and a defective vacuum cleaner was immediately replaced. The location of the apartment is optimal. Short distances to the beach and the center. Everything was clean and satisfactory. We have already made a reservation for next year. Boltenhagen is always worth a trip. We can recommend it.

The apartment was in decent condition, as we are used to from Nordic. The bathroom, being without natural light, feels very dark due to the dark tiling. The ventilation is fine. The furnishings are okay, even though they are a bit dated. Holiday guests naturally cause more wear and tear, as not all guests are careful. We were there as two people, and the cutlery is sufficient. Wi-Fi reception is good, although we did not use it for streaming. The location is optimal, the beach, the restaurants, and shops are in close proximity. The reception by the staff was as friendly and helpful as usual (the light on the balcony was defective, which was fixed within a short time).
