The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you need. We felt very comfortable. With the large southeast balcony, you have the opportunity to have breakfast in the sunshine every morning. It's also great to have a "private" room for the children. Although it's under the roof, it's not very warm, as it can be well ventilated through the two windows. In the hallway of the attic, there is also a sofa bed in case the children need to sleep separately. The beds are comfortable, but they are tight for people over 1.90 m in height. Otherwise, you miss nothing here. There is even a Senseo, a washing machine, and a carport for cars; a VW bus does not fit under it due to height, our Ford Grand C-Max just fit, but then the tailgate could not open far enough. The location is great, as you can reach the sea within 5 minutes even with a small child. In the city, it takes a bit longer, but there is a "shopping center" 500-600 meters away with Aldi, Markant, NKD, Tedi, a bakery, etc. A small drawback in Boltenhagen: There is no playground within a 2-kilometer radius that deserves the name (1 place with an old swing and seesaw from DDR times). Moreover, you are constantly being rung at or run over by bicycles, as they all use the sidewalks. However, this does not change anything about the apartment; it is nice. Here is the only drawback that there is a free Wi-Fi connection for only one device.

We had two relaxing weeks - despite Corona - and sincerely thank you for allowing us to spend them with you! The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a feel-good vacation. It is functionally laid out, clean, and above all, close to the beach and still quiet. The two bedrooms on two levels guarantee "quiet" nights, the kitchen allows for relaxed tinkering, the bathroom with the large shower offers enough space, and the washing machine is certainly a blessing for families with children - we didn't need it. :-)) The beds are comfortable and back-friendly. The staff of Nordic GmbH were friendly and accommodating - both on the phone and in person on site. We were very pleased with the small welcome package with dish soap, a brush, cloths, tabs, etc. We didn't know Boltenhagen before - we can only recommend it! And if vacation rental, then definitely again Nordic! We will gladly come back!

We spent a wonderful week in the Easter holidays with the 16-year-old godchild in the apartment. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and is particularly suitable for families with (older) children, as they can retreat to the upper floor. The beach is only about 200 meters away, and you can see the sea from the balcony. Shopping facilities and restaurants are easily reachable on foot. A great apartment that we have already recommended.

We spent two wonderful weeks of vacation at the end of June with our two grandchildren in this beautiful, clean, and modernly equipped holiday apartment in good weather. The clean beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Our grandchildren especially felt comfortable in the large living/sleeping room—with a small television—which is accessible by a spiral staircase. A covered parking space is also available. We can definitely recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

We spent a lovely vacation week with our granddaughter in the holiday apartment in Boltenhagen in mid-May 2013. The apartment spans 2 floors. It is beautifully bright and one feels immediately at home. Notable is a large children's room and a big balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. We can recommend the apartment at any time and will likely go back there in September.

If you like to sit on the balcony, this apartment is not suitable for you. (Corner balcony, upper floor affected by swallow nests.) The internal staircase up to the second sleeping/living area is only suitable for children and sporty slim guests. Wi-Fi and TV were very frequently disturbed.

We, 2 adults with our 3 teenagers, were completely satisfied with the apartment. We found everything we needed, slept wonderfully, and the proximity to the sea is a great advantage. Supermarkets, post office, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking or biking distance. Problems, such as our multivan being too tall for the parking space in the carport and a defective dishwasher, were promptly and very courteously resolved. We would love to come back!

We were lucky to get this great apartment on short notice. Ideal for parents with children, as they have their own space under the roof (with TV..). The furnishings are lovely, in the morning the sun shines into the balcony. Boltenhagen has something for everyone; we enjoyed walking on the beach, and the restaurants offer something delicious for everyone. We always like to come back and have the days at the Baltic Sea in fond memory.

Great apartment, really within walking distance from the beach, great tree in front of the balcony, sea view from the roof windows. Wonderful. The stairs are narrow and steep, but there is the main staircase of the building that also leads to the upper floor. So no problem either.

The apartment's location is hard to beat. Very short walk to the beach. For us, a great balcony. However, you have to like that people walk past the house to the beach in the morning. The apartment could use a bit of a refresh; the TV has very poor reception, the radio only produces static, and the cutlery is really not nice anymore. The upper area is really nice for children.
