The apartment and the furnishings are impeccable. It was quiet even at night. The only drawback is the elevator. It needs to be cleaned inside and out. There was an unpleasant smell in the elevator. We were totally thrilled with the apartment! Great layout, everything clean and well-maintained, a wonderful, large balcony where you could catch glimpses of the sea through the trees. Top location - you were at the beach after just a few meters. In the apartment itself, we actually found everything we needed. A radio would have been nice; we missed that a bit, as well as better Wi-Fi reception and egg cups :D No sagging beds, as is often the case. From us, there is a full score! This was certainly not our last vacation in this holiday apartment! Thank you for the pleasant stay :D

Our second stay in this house was great again! The apartment is pleasant, and the short distance, especially to the beach, restaurants, and shops, is ideal. Only the hard beds were a bit of a problem for me. But that is a personal feeling that will not stop me from coming back. We will probably become regular guests!

The freshly painted walls/ceilings look visually impressive. Additionally, the new furnishings - straightforward, modern - really good. The new wooden balcony furniture (no cheap plastic!) is also very nice. The glass shower partition also gives a high-quality impression. Location: Centrally located, but still quiet. The beach is practically at the door, many dining establishments are within a few minutes' walk. The same applies to bakeries and Edeka. Therefore: five out of five stars!

We have been going to Boltenhagen for years and always try to get a FW in Likedeeler II. We like the apartment. Ideal for 3-4 adults. The price is okay in the pre- and mid-season... For the Wg.3, the barrier at the parking lot is missing, so we have had to complain several times about unauthorized parking there. Unfortunately, we encountered deaf ears in the office and were left to decide how to respond. That is the reason why we did not give a "very good."

I had already moved into this apartment for the fifth time. Unfortunately, I must say that the furniture (dining table and chairs) is slowly aging and could be replaced. Watching TV without HD is also unacceptable and does not fit in today's time. Furthermore, I would wish that after a summer season, the bedding is cleaned. There were quite a few sweat stains on the pillows. I wanted to rent this apartment again in April, but I will look for another place if nothing has changed by then (new photos on the internet). I will recommend this apartment, but only because of its very good location and the price.

The apartment was optimal for our needs. Large enough with a huge veranda and from there a nice view of the greenery and the outdoor dining area of the house. The location is also optimal, close to the beach and infrastructure. The apartment is well equipped with high-quality pots and pans.

The beach house is just a few minutes' walk from the center. The beach is just a few meters away. It couldn't be better. Large bedroom, spartan but adequately furnished living room, small kitchenette with all the essentials, children's room with 3 sleeping options. A huge balcony is available. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom.

As always, a wonderful holiday in this vacation apartment. Almost everything fits perfectly here. The location is top, the furnishings are great, very spacious. The huge balcony is always our highlight. You will find everything you need in the apartment. The only downside: cleanliness could be improved a bit. But we would gladly come back anytime!

Nice loggia/veranda with a view of the Baltic Sea directly opposite - however, only if the trees don't have leaves; otherwise, the greenery unfortunately obstructs the view. Unfortunately, no sun reaches the veranda because it is deeply shaded! Certainly an advantage in summer, as it stays pleasantly cool. The mattresses in all the beds are very soft (not sagging!), which takes some getting used to. There is no floor lamp at the antique, solid dining table (and also no power outlet directly at the table!). ), but only a glaring overhead light; I find it uncomfortable.

The location is great; also the very spacious balcony with a sea view. The parking spaces are very tight (this wasn't so dramatic in winter, as there was enough space; two of the four apartments were occupied by guests with a bus; in summer, with two more cars, this would be challenging). The apartment is also spacious enough for four people with two large dogs.

The holiday apartment is ideal for older people. Accessibility of the apartment with an elevator, parking right on site, large apartment, very large balcony, just a few meters from the beach and restaurants. Everything is great. One small criticism: the entrance to the shower is very high. My parents and I had a very nice stay in Boltenhagen for the second time.

The apartment is centrally located on the middle promenade. Everything was fine with the dog as well. We personally missed adjustable slatted frames. Unfortunately, they were only available for 2 out of 4 beds. Otherwise, the apartment's furnishings were great.

If I had to mention something to improve, I would say different coat hooks, as they are too large to hang anything on. Otherwise, everything is great.

Unfortunately, the furnishings leave much to be desired. The dishes are partially in a dilapidated state, and the furniture appears somewhat mismatched and a bit unloving. In the kitchen, an expansion of the existing countertop would be very welcome. Since the bathroom provides a lot of visibility from both the opposite houses and the hallway, a pleated roll-up blind that can be pulled from bottom to top for daytime use would certainly be a good solution. To protect the beautiful parquet floor and make it easier to move the chairs, it would be great if they were equipped with felt glides.
