I overlooked the underlying restaurant "Kleine Büdnerei" when booking. However, it is also considered a hidden gem. The live music from Tripod, of course right in front of the balcony, was excellent. Music on "request," drinks, and grilled food were all well organized. This weekly event (in the season) is well organized and not, as I feared, perhaps uncomfortable.

The apartment is very beautiful, well-shaped with high-quality furniture. The remaining equipment needs improvement. For example, there were only three teaspoons, one bedside lamp, and a non-suction vacuum cleaner. Dishes, especially glasses, should be purchased additionally. Wi-Fi is not available. I would also find it very pleasant if food items that do not spoil, such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and sugar, were available and would be replenished by the person using them as a matter of course. The location is very nice, so despite the shortcomings described above, we enjoyed our vacation very much.

The apartment and location are great. We were there with 5 people. The apartment is quite suitable for that. However, the kitchen area is quite small. The balcony, on the other hand, is much larger.

A few small things were missing in this apartment, such as cutlery. The cutlery drawer was located in the bottom cabinet. The dishes were insufficient for 4 people. The wardrobe was impractical, etc. I would recommend the apartment with reservations.

The apartment is large enough for four people with a dog. It is well-equipped with parquet flooring and high-quality furniture. The large balcony can be well utilized. There is a bit of a lack of coziness in the decor. The kitchen, unlike the rest of the apartment, is rather thoughtlessly and impractically furnished. However, everything is available.

The apartment Likedeeler II - Beach House Apartment 02 is ideally located close to the beach. It is equipped with everything needed for a vacation in a holiday apartment. The large balcony invites you to linger. At night it is pleasantly quiet, but early in the morning it becomes a bit louder due to the cleaning staff of the restaurant on the ground floor. Still, a great apartment in a super location!!

The holiday apartment is pleasantly furnished, the service from the staff is very friendly and flexible, even with late arrivals. Those who are not bothered by the operation of a restaurant below the apartment can spend a very relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, there is only one parking space per apartment.

The location right on the beach promenade is top-notch, and the apartment itself is great – except for the very poorly designed kitchen (there are no drawers, only cabinets, and the cutlery tray has thus been placed in a (lower) kitchen cabinet). The suggestion from other guests to order the fish platter from the restaurant directly below the apartment and take it to the very spacious terrace (about 30 sqm and very appealing with wooden furniture) was brilliant.

A beautiful apartment with high-end furnishings and a fantastic balcony right on the beach. An elevator makes the apartment on the first floor accessible. The staff in the office is very friendly.

An apartment in a prime location with a great balcony and a very nice living room. Both bedrooms are furnished simply and practically. The kitchen disappointed us. The equipment is older and not always functional. There is no cutlery drawer, you have to lift out a cutlery insert and a microwave to use it. Overall, particularly the bathroom and kitchen could have been cleaner upon arrival. The apartment feels a bit sterile due to the lack of decoration.

Very beautiful facility. Close to the beach, just a few steps away is the central promenade or alternatively the beach promenade. The restaurant below is nice, clean, friendly, and offers delicious food. The nearest bakery is about 200 m away.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The apartment is very spacious and big enough for 5 people. It is nicely furnished and the terrace offers enough space to feel comfortable even in bad weather. We would book the apartment again any time.

High-quality furnishings in terms of furniture and inventory (flooring in the living and bedrooms is parquet, the hallway and bathroom/WC have tiles, partly expensive furniture from Riviera Maison). Large, state-of-the-art TV in the living room. Otherwise, there are also Ikea furniture, which does not detract from the feeling of being in a modern, appealing apartment. The kitchen, which unfortunately is part of the hallway and therefore always needs to be illuminated with artificial lighting, contains all the essential appliances (including a dishwasher). Only the coffee machine and the toaster have already seen better days. The coffee machine took almost half an hour to brew 4 cups of coffee, and the toaster was apparently not well cleaned by previous users and likely therefore didn’t work properly anymore. What is completely missing is a washing machine, so you have to take enough clothing for 10-14 days. It wouldn't be bad if there were one (e.g., in the spacious bathroom?). Another highlight: the balcony. With an estimated 20 sqm, it's quite large, great to use for breakfast in the morning or in the evening. On Thursdays, there is live music and a grill event in the gastronomy below (Kleine Büdnerei). Advantage: you get the grilled food and then go up to the apartment, enjoying the musical performances downstairs in the outdoor area from "premium seats." That alone is a point that no other vacation apartment in Boltenhagen can offer. As beautiful as the apartment is, it also came at a price. We paid over 1,700.00 EUR for 14 days (plus towel set for 7 EUR per person and "dog fee") for 3 people + dog. A designated parking space next to the building is included, which is somewhat valuable in Boltenhagen, but one should expect that for the price. On some days, however, one should not plan to leave in the evening, as depending on the day of the week, employees of the small kiosk also use "wild parking" around, and some park their cars opposite the parked vehicles (which belong to apartments 1 to 4 of Likedeeler II). Getting in and out of the parking lot is difficult depending on the parking space (especially residents of apartments 3 and 4 are affected), as there is no guide. The parking lot is clearly marked with a sign. In any case, the apartment is highly recommended, despite one or two minor drawbacks in my opinion.
