The apartment is well furnished, very clean. Only one thing is not so practical for older people since there is no toilet on the upper floor. Pleated blinds should be installed on the window in the living room so that one cannot look inside.

The holiday apartment is very modernly furnished and has extensive amenities! In addition to the "normal" kitchen equipment, there were, for example, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack, a high chair for children, and games available. However, it was a bit chaotic in some drawers, which we probably owe to the previous tenants ;-). It is also a pity that only one car parking space can be used free of charge, and beyond that, only paid parking spaces are available. The booking is simple and straightforward, as is the check-in and check-out on site! The staff were very nice!

Everything was great, only a stair gate was missing at the bottom. Otherwise, the holiday apartment is excellent. We will definitely recommend it.

Very nice staff. You feel comfortable in the apartment right away. Very quiet location. Nice balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. WiFi worked great, it would be nice if you only had to log in once. It's not far to the beach and only 1.3 km to the pier in Boltenhagen. I didn't like that there was no guest toilet and only one parking space. That is too little for an apartment that is offered for 6-8 people. Otherwise very recommendable. I would rent it again. Best regards, Family Depcke

We spent 10 days as a couple in this apartment in May and were very satisfied. The equipment is good and complete, a dishwasher is also available. The parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly in front of the entrance area, no long walks. We could store our bicycles in the lockable cellar. A bread roll service is directly in the holiday complex about 100 m away. Not only is the beach very beautiful, but the landscape (the Klützer Winkel) can also be explored on good bike paths. We would love to come here again.

We spent a very nice week in this cozy vacation apartment. On the beautiful balcony, we were able to enjoy the autumn sun. Especially great are the short distances to the beach and to the village, and yet the apartment is located in a quiet and child-friendly environment! We would love to come back!

We were here with our 3 kids, and the apartment was perfect in size. Centrally located to the beach and the supermarket. The parking space for an SUV was a bit narrow, but it worked. The car stayed parked. All in all, it was an incredibly great vacation.

We really liked the location and the apartment itself. The handover went smoothly. We traveled with two cars. We parked the second car in the parking lot across from Markant and Aldi. The apartment is equipped with everything that is needed. We had a very nice time in Boltenhagen.

No free parking for the second car. Tickets are immediately issued on the green strip, even though there are no signs present (and this happens just half an hour after arrival), not very guest-friendly, as we were still unpacking.

We were in the apartment with 5 people (3 adults + 2 children). The facilities are very family-friendly. The interior is very tasteful. The bathroom is a bit small when the apartment is fully occupied, but it offers plenty of storage and enough hooks for towels. The beach is reached in 5 minutes. We felt very comfortable. A clear recommendation from us.

Upon arrival, we were thrilled with the apartment. Very clean and perfectly utilized spaces. The decor is modern and conveys coziness and a touch of "sea feeling." From the toaster to the small milk frother, everything needed is available. There were mattresses of varying firmness. Mine was far too hard, which is a matter of taste and everyone feels differently. The only point of criticism concerns parking. In a 6-person apartment, arriving with 2 cars is normal, and the parking situation leaves much to be desired. There is only one parking space per apartment in front of the house, and it was said that parking on the green strip opposite is not allowed. Not everyone adhered to this, which is understandable given the daily rate of an additional €6 (as long as the car is not moved) in the public parking lot. For a stay of 2 weeks, that adds up to quite a bit. There should be a fixed amount for the duration of stay with a card for flexible entry and exit (since a public parking lot may not be feasible). Otherwise, a pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment with a feel-good character.
