We have already been to this holiday apartment three times with our little dog and are still impressed. The apartment is practically furnished and has an underground parking space. Since it is located on the ground floor, there are no stairs or elevator needed to access it (except for the underground garage). The beach is about 50 m away and the spa park is about 200 m away. It couldn't be better.

Equipment, comfort, and price-performance ratio are very good. Two small deficiencies are, despite all endurance, unavoidable. 1. The exhaust fan in the sanitary room is undersized, works only randomly, and is completely dirty. That part should be checked. 2. The apartment is supposed to be returned broom-clean. But the vacuum cleaner was a moderate disaster. It makes plenty of noise. However, the suction power was below zero. Cause? Already at the suction nozzle, there was a roughly 30 cm long bulge of dog hair, which significantly reduced the suction power. After opening the flap, it became clear that the dust bag was not properly inserted, so there was a lot of dust, sand, and mountains of dog hair on the filter. Once this issue, including the filter change, was resolved, the device functioned again as intended. So, it felt like pulling out two medium-sized dogs. Only the noise remained. But... nothing that can't be managed with earplugs. But otherwise, it was great. The landlord is not responsible for the weather. It was still excellent. All in all... we would love to come back. ;-)

We have already been guests in this holiday apartment with our little dog for the fifth time and, as always, we were very pleased. 50 meters to the beach, our little dog doesn’t have to climb any stairs (ground floor), and the car is parked in the underground garage, accessible by elevator. However, we have always been here in the pre- or post-season, where sitting on the terrace or keeping the windows open for extended periods doesn’t matter. In the high season, the immediately adjacent ice café could cause noise or smells.
