The apartment was very nice as always, only the one mattress was too soft. We then always took turns sleeping in the bed. Otherwise, the apartment was great!!

The location directly next to the back exit of a neighboring restaurant leads to significant noise disturbances, as garbage is emptied there several times a day into the night with great clamor, and loud conversations among the staff take place. Additionally, while sitting on the terrace, one can hear the conversations from a restaurant behind a 5-meter distant wooden wall, as well as the high buzzing of an air conditioning unit during warm weather. The location to the beach is excellent, the equipment is okay, there is no shoe rack/wardrobe, the dishwasher must be operated daily, as it is very small. Wi-Fi is extremely slow, cannot be used for downloading larger files. However, the apartment is extremely accessible for people with disabilities: wide doors, supports, low light switches.

The apartment is in good condition. The only problem is, like last year, the issue with the Wi-Fi connection; it was not possible to get online. Otherwise, everything was good, see you next year.

Everything was great, except that the oven was defective. The location couldn't be better. The car fits in the underground garage. Big plus point. We, as a family of four, would come back anytime.

The "Hanse Hof Apartment 04" is a beautiful spacious apartment. There is also enough space for four people. The location is great...nice and quiet but still "in the middle of it all."

The furnishings were very beautiful with a lot of attention to detail. The location is perfect. Right in the middle and yet very quiet. However, I cannot judge how it is during the peak season. A real advantage is the underground garage and the elevator. The only thing I missed was an egg cooker. But that's on me. The only point of criticism is the really "gross" dog broom. This should be urgently replaced. It discourages one from keeping the apartment clean in between.

The apartment is ideally located and well furnished. We were there for the second time and will definitely come back. Perhaps a bed suitable for the severely disabled is missing.

The apartment is clean and very spacious. Last year we had problems with a mattress and this year everything was okay (new mattress). The location of the apartment is also very advantageous. We would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Very nice small apartment, super centrally located. However, the ventilation from the restaurant directly across from the terrace has led to strong odors during dining times, so it was better to keep the terrace door closed.

Beautiful, bright, quiet apartment in the best location. When we couldn't find the right storage room for the bicycles, a staff member was immediately sent to help us. For the washing machine and dryer, you need plenty of 50-cent coins.

It is a very nice apartment. It is not far to the beach, and the restaurants are just around the corner. The beach promenade was amazing. The reception was very friendly. The apartment was very clean and well furnished.

The apartment is very centrally and quietly located, we felt very comfortable. For wheelchair users, the bed is very good in terms of height, but one can only transfer into the bed from one side (from the left)! For this reason, 1 point deduction.

The location to the beach is excellent, the amenities are okay, storage for shoes/wardrobe is missing, the dishwasher must be operated daily, as it is very tiny. Wi-Fi is extremely slow and cannot be used to download larger files. However, the apartment is extremely accessible for disabled: wide doors, holders, low light switches.
