ZoAanZee is located in Julianadorp aan zee, just 500 meters from the beach and offers accommodation for 2 people, The cottage is situated in our backyard and has an area of 30 m2 and has 1 bedroom with luxury box spring mattresses, a smart TV and wifi a kitchen with cooking facilities, 1 bathroom, toilet with a shower. For extra convenience we provide towels and bed linen which are included in the price.
The accommodation offers free private parking with private entrance to the cottage. In the vicinity you can make excellent walks, cycling, canoeing or day trips to eg Texel, Alkmaar, Schagen or Amsterdam to name but a few. Several restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket at 1.5 km. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, 81 km from the house.

Great vacation rental
A very small, clean vacation apartment where 2 people and a dog can feel very comfortable and enjoy the holiday. The beach is very close and can be reached on foot in a short time. We stayed there for a week before Easter and really liked it. The landlords are very friendly and helpful, we had very nice conversations with them and they were able to help us on some occasions. We can recommend the vacation apartment.

Great vacation to feel good!
Beautiful small house with garden area, where our 2 small dogs also felt very comfortable. The house is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. Very quiet location and the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Michel and Hannah are super nice and the best hosts you could wish for! We had a great time and would love to come back! :)

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung
Ich hatte echt ein paar schöne Tage: Nette Vermieter, schnuckelige kleine, saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit eigenem Gartenabschnitt, Betten super bequem. Und mein Hund war willkommen, was will man mehr? TOP!!!!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in kleinem, feinem Häuschen
Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, perfekt für Zwei ausgestattet und liegt nah am Strand.
Michel und Hanna sind sehr nette Vermieter und haben uns mit Restaurant-Tipps etc. versorgt.
Wir hatten bei strahlendem Sonnenschein einen tollen Urlaub in Julianadorp aan Zee, können das Häuschen nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
