Description

We have a nice house between Pattaya and Sattahip for rent.
It is located about km from the \"Pattaya\'s secret beach tip number 1\". The holiday villa is built to European standards and really fully equipped. It comes with all utensils, such as bed, bath and house textiles.

You shall also find the little extras such as umbrellas, barbecue grill for the house, a beach grill and a cooler for the drinks, pool loungers for its own swimming pool, sun screen, etc.

Also, the kitchen is well equipped with cooker, extractor hood, fridge / freezer combination, microwave, toaster, juicer and water heater, etc. Additionally of course, a washing machine, ironing board and iron, so you do not have to burden with excessive luggage.

All bedrooms are equipped with low noise air conditioners. In the living and dining room there are ceiling fans, promising you a fresh breeze.

If you do not want to have your drink on the bar chairs of the pool, there is a sitting group on the terrace offering a place in the shadow to relax.

Location and surroundings of object

The small fishing village of Bang Sare, where the house is located, lays about 12 km south of Pattaya Dei. Shopping facilities are available in town, small shops and the daily fresh market. Small restaurants are mostly located in the center or at the beach. There are also the famous food stalls for Asia, which are now frequented by foreigners who like the local favourites. But over all, it is here in Bang Sare still tranquil and cosy. It is not so noisy and hectic as in Pattaya but for the guys who like the vibrant city, Pattaya is not far, with all its joys and vices. Also is Bang Sare an ideal base for outings and excursions. Here are just some of many possibilities, Under Water World, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Elephant Camp, Floating Market, Mini Siam, museum of bottles, the monkeys show. The list goes on and on. The house is situated in a lovely residential complex that was only opened in autumn 2010. The Moo Ban has a 24 hour security. The villa is next to its private swimming pool in a small exotic garden, ideal for relaxing, swimming and the evening barbecue. It is an ideal place for people who would like to escape from the cold winter. Simply escape the cold of Europe, to settle down here at an affordable price.

Bang Sare 01.2026

We felt at home in the bungalow of the Schulte family. The kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living and dining room were very clean and well equipped. We always had breakfast on the terrace in the pleasant temperatures. After our daily excursions, we loved to end the evening there, with a light breeze from the ceiling fan. The pool was a very welcome refreshment. We forwent a car and instead used the taxi app BOLT. This works very well in the area of Bang-Sare. We had them drive us to and from the beach every day. Taxi costs for Bangsare about €10 per day. There are very nice restaurants on the beach. A 7/11 store is also within walking distance, but at those temperatures, it is very exhausting. The residential area is quiet; we felt very safe. The Schulte family was very helpful with special requests and questions. Very nice friendly landlords whom we would like to visit again soon.

perfect accommodation

for two to four people who want to have their peace..

the bungalow has everything a holidaymaker expects in terms of comfort. But what we particularly liked was the comprehensive and competent on-site support of the resort. Thanks again to Klaus!

Super holiday

The house is located in a very quiet residential complex, slightly outside of Bang Sare, a 5-minute walk from the main road and about 2 km from the beach, so a means of transportation should be planned. The landlord, Mr. Schulte, is available 24 hours a day and ready to help immediately.
It is about 20-25 km to Pattaya City.
In Pattaya, there are very well-equipped department stores (Lotus, Big C) where everything is available. Food is very cheap. It is best to take a shared taxi there (they run at short intervals); a one-way trip costs 20 baht.
There are markets with fresh fruits/vegetables in Bang Sare.
The beach in Bang Sare can be highly recommended.
After 23 times in Thailand, that was my best vacation.

Wonderful place to just do nothing :)

It is all precautionary, cozy and adequately furnished. It is very quiet and perfect for really doing nothing and recovering. If problems arise (such as an empty gas bottle for the stove), they are resolved very quickly.

Beautiful house in a quiet location

The house is located just outside Bang Sare, so a vehicle should be planned. Mr. Schulte is a great landlord and always reachable in case of any problems. All in all, a great vacation (unfortunately too short) and we will definitely come back.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area. The description provided by the landlord is 100% accurate. However, it should be mentioned that the beach is about 2km away and one should consider renting a vehicle. I personally find the option to transfer the rent to a German account convenient and will use it.

Absolutely recommended

We, 2 people, stayed at Mr. Schulte's holiday home from November 10th to 19th, 2011. The communication with the owner was flawless even before our arrival. Mr. Schulte welcomed us on the day of arrival, showed us around the house, and patiently answered our questions. The holiday home is in absolutely new condition, and the interior matched the description. The pool was clean, and the garden around it was well-maintained. The village was quiet and located slightly outside of Bangsare, so having a means of transportation, whether a motorcycle or car, is a must! It is about 20-25 km to Pattaya City, which we covered on the motorcycle in about 20 minutes despite heavy traffic, mainly driving on the 4-lane Sukhumvit Road.
Conclusion: We enjoyed our time in the holiday home very much and would gladly come back next year.

The house and the garden are very beautiful, clean, fully equipped, and invite you to a quiet and lovely holiday. The landlord, Mr. Schulte, is there to help with advice and assistance if needed. And if you want a bit more action in the evening, the party city of Pattaya can be reached in 15 minutes by scooter (3 Euros/day).

The house is located in a guarded resort close to the main road, yet no street noise can be heard. Recommended for couples, families, or singles. I really enjoyed my vacation in this house. The landlord, Mr. Johannes Shulte, was extremely helpful and very friendly. I know many houses in Thailand, but this property leaves nothing to be desired.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Abseits vom hektischen Leben in Pattaya bietet dieses Objekt
allen Konfort eines Pool-Hausesn. Den Strand in Bang Sare kann man nur empfehlen, da man niemals durch lästige Strandverkäufer gestört wird.

free time activities: Bang Sare bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Bade u Wassersport Urlaubes, ferner laden gemütliche Wege zum Wandern in der hügeliegen "Bergwelt" von Chomburi ein.

shopping facilities: 5 Gehminuten vom Haus befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, der kaum Wünsche offen läßt.

Tolles Haus in einer schönen Gegend

When we were in Bangkok, we sought an escape from the stuffy city and stumbled relatively randomly upon Mr. Schulte's holiday home. After 2 phone calls, everything was sorted, and off we went to Bang Sare. Upon arrival in Bang Sare, Mr. Schulte was already awaiting us, showing us around the house calmly and explaining everything. The house was very clean and, as my mother said, cozy furnished. We never had a reason to complain, so a planned week turned into 3. We would like to thank Mr. Schulte again for the wonderful time, great service, and the rental car. We will gladly come back.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr ruhige Wohnanlage in Bang Sare, der Militärstrand ist schnell zu erreichen und besser als die Strände in Pattaya. Food und snacks sind auch in der Umgebung zu finden. Ein Mietwagen ist aber empfohlen.

free time activities: bis auf Strand und elefantencamp haben wir keine genutzt. Es gab aber noch mehr zu entdecken....

shopping facilities: Wer Thailand kennt weiß ein seven eleven ist nicht weit. Auch hier ist das der Fall. Im nächsten Dorf noch ein kleinerer Tesco Lotus und wenn man mehr braucht ab nach Pattaya, da gibt es alles: Big C, riesiger Tesco und diverse Malls.

Wir haben jetzt auch einen Tesco Express Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Naehe. Da gibt es alles was wir Europaer so brauchen, von abgepacktem Fleich bis zum Wein. So wird das einkaufen auf noch bequemer.

The house with a pool is located in a very quiet area and is lovingly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen.

shopping facilities: Im ca. 20 km entfernten Pattaya gibt es sehr gut ausgestatte Kaufhäuser, in denen alles erhältlich ist. Lebensmittel sind sehr günstig. Am besten fährt man mit einem Sammeltaxi dorthin (fahren in kurzen Abständen); eine einfache Fahrt kostet 20 Bhat. Märkte mit frischen Obst/Gemüse in näherer Umgebung vorhanden
