The holiday apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms (one with a skylight under the roof) for 2 people. The lower bedroom is used as a dressing room, and we felt very comfortable with the gigantic view from the 5th floor, just like the 6th time in this house. For elderly guests, however, the extremely steep stairs to the upper bedroom could become a problem, and the noise level from seagulls that had been sitting on the roof since early morning was unbearable, so we had to buy earplugs. The equipment in the kitchen was somewhat lacking; for example, we were missing a butter dish, cutting board, citrus juicer, dessert bowls, coffee canister, egg cups, and several other items. The other vacation rentals in the house were already better equipped. Nevertheless, we had a relaxing vacation, the apartment was very clean, and the team from Meer und Fun was always very friendly. The next vacation at Meeresblick is already booked.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, magnificent. In spring, pleasantly quiet; in summer, probably loud, as the insulation is usually poor. Simple furnishings, but sufficient for everything, at least for 2 people. Friendly reception at the holiday rental! Very pleasant. The parking option is almost insufficient for today's cars, as parking is done one on top of the other and the height and width are limited. The bakery is right next door, and a Lidl is around the corner, so perfect shopping opportunities are available.

We have been vacationing at Haus Meerblick for many years and are always very, very happy there. However, we are a bit annoyed :-), that we only now discovered apartment 515, because it is our dream. Since both adults suffer from sleep disturbances at different night times, this apartment is ideal for us. It offers proper beds in two rooms (neither a children's bunk bed nor a more or less uncomfortable pull-out couch). Up in the attic - a wonderful room! - one must, however, occasionally endure wind and rain noises. This was very well accomplished for me personally. I say, the type of sleep disturbances are very different :-). (...)

The service from the MEERFUN team is great. Upon arrival, everything is prepared, you receive the keys, pay the tourist tax, and the vacation can start immediately. Thank you very much for that. We used this vacation apartment as a couple and felt comfortable. The elevator conveniently takes you from the underground garage to the respective floor. The apartment is very well located on the 5th. Floor of the "Haus Meerblick" over 2 floors and has a balcony from the living room to the sea side ;o) with a direct view of the sea over the beach promenade. The vacation apartment is equipped as described. We missed nothing during our stay. The staircase in the apartment feels a bit steep, but we had no difficulties using it. On the upper floor, you can sleep well in the comfortable beds and actually hear the pleasant sound of the sea. Various restaurants, bakeries, discount stores, and various shops are conveniently reachable on foot.

The house has a wonderful location. Just a few meters to the beach. Everything is also easily accessible for people with limited mobility. Bakery and great fish restaurant (Fisch Hus) just around the corner.

We have always taken the 305 until now. But this apartment tops everything. What was also very good was that there was an extra bedroom with a TV. Our daughter had her privacy there undisturbed. The apartment is in very good condition. And the best part is the view of the sea. Otherwise, it is fully furnished with what you need. I would recommend the apartment to everyone.

Come regularly in December to Kühlungsborn. Nice and quiet. Actually the best time. House Meeresblick adds to it. Great apartment, stairs to the upper floor (2nd bedroom) very steep. Rather unsuitable for older people. I would have wished that I had been informed about the current closure of the normal access to the underground garage. I only happened to find the parking lot at Lidl to then be able to drive into the underground garage from there.

For 6 years, in May and sometimes in December, our destination has been "Meeresblick." This was our 2nd time in apartment 515. Of all our stays, we liked this apartment the best. Nothing is missing here. The owner has wonderfully thought everything through and coordinated it all. I cannot share the opinion of my predecessor that the furniture is outdated. The seating and lounging furniture is comfortable and clean. There are plenty of storage options. The view of the sea is sensational. The balcony railing is almost "transparent" and allows for an almost unrestricted view of the sea from both the dining table and the couch. The small balcony is sufficient to enjoy your coffee in the afternoon. You sit here in the front row and can fully enjoy the sound of the sea and the sea air. It's a pity that the attic room can only be reached by an extremely steep staircase. For children and elderly people, it is certainly not safe to overcome. However, once you have made it to the top, a realm opens up there, with wonderfully soft beds, wicker furniture, a television, a wardrobe, and a breathtaking view. The most beautiful thing is to spend the night up there, as you can be "rocked" to sleep by the sound of the waves. It is an excellent "stay" whether in summer or winter. Knowing the car in the underground garage is very sensible with the parking fees and is even more wonderful in winter. The house itself is very clean and well-maintained. The green plants in the atrium have produced an amazing amount of new growth this year and are a real sight to behold. We will keep coming back as long as we can. Kühlungsborn itself is already worth a trip, and staying at "Meeresblick" is the icing on the cake. Thank you very much!

We were already in this apartment for the 2nd time (in winter) and the 4th time in this beautiful house. Except for the aging furniture, especially in the living area, everything was great again. We were able to move into the apartment earlier than expected. It was already heated, and the view from the balcony of the Baltic Sea is simply wonderful. The upper area is always used by us as a sleeping area. Here, you can hear the Baltic Sea waves crashing beautifully. The associated underground garage and the adjacent Lidl supermarket are also advantageous. Of course, the nearby restaurants and shops also invite you to linger time and again.

View of the Baltic Sea, so beautiful. We were visitors of this apartment for the second time. The joy was great over the new furnishings in all rooms, including the renovated bathroom and the kitchenette with the latest technology. We lacked nothing.

The location of the apartment is great. Having breakfast with a view of the sea gave us a good start to the day. Since the upper bedroom was only accessible via a steep staircase, we only used the lower bedroom. It was a bit cramped, but we only stayed there to sleep. The furnishings of the apartment left nothing to be desired. The parking space in the underground garage takes a little getting used to. The high or... The lowering of the vehicle with the vehicle lift went smoothly.

A small, cozy apartment. The lower bedroom is very small. The upper one is large, but difficult to reach via the stairs. Otherwise, the apartment is highly recommended because of the beautiful view.

A well-maintained apartment that impresses with its location. The shower bathroom needs to be renovated gradually. The steep staircase within the apartment requires concentration but rewards with another view of the Baltic Sea. We did not use the second bedroom facing the atrium since we were only two. We would miss the fresh air here, but that is of course subjective. The building is in good condition, and it's nice that a parking space in the underground garage belongs to the apartment, which is already included in the price.

We have been to the House Meeresblick many times, but it is only now that we have come to apartment 515 and we are thrilled. For couples with a snorer or for 3-4 people, the apartment is ideal, as it has 4 reasonable beds for adults. One of the double beds is located in the attic. Those who stay there must 1. be good at managing the stairs and 2. be relaxed when the wind and storm are much more noticeable than on the floor below. With me, both are given; I can truly develop a feeling of being protected and even sleep deeper than usual on such nights :-) The room is also a wonderful retreat for reading, writing, etc. __ In the event of a renovation or possible new furnishings, I would like to suggest that two armchairs be kept in the living area. We love to move them to the window and enjoy the brilliant view of the sea, no matter the weather! ! A big thank you to MeerFun – for many years we have experienced the best organization and feel completely understood and cared for as vacationers. Everything is easy, very nice!

Very noisy upstairs during the storm, the view and location are perfect. The furnishings could be better for the price. Definitely too little dishware. Unfortunately, there is also no oven to quickly bake a pizza. Otherwise, everything is okay. Service and reception by the Meer Fun team are top-notch as always, all friendly and competent.
