We really enjoyed it! The location is good, it's not far to the beach, shops are right nearby. We had a problem with the apartment on the first day, but it was fixed immediately; otherwise, we would have been moved to another one. We were very satisfied with the quick response! The apartment is nicely furnished, but there is only Wi-Fi in another building that belongs to the complex. For us young people, it's a bit unusual, but of course, it's not a big deal! We also received a set for the kitchen for the "move-in," which I thought was great, as it had everything you need.

A great vacation, the apartment is completely sufficient for 2 people..... Unfortunately, our car did not fit in the underground garage, only suitable up to a height of 1.50m. Parking in Kühlungsborn is very expensive, so it would be nice if outdoor parking spaces were provided for that.....

We did not use the underground garage but parked 3 streets away (free [&] unlimited on Ernst-Rieck-Str.). The parking situation (rather narrow underground garage, double parking) is the only point of criticism. The apartment itself is flawless and as shown in the pictures. The service of the agency and the cleanliness of the apartment are impeccable.

My wife (wheelchair user - severely disabled) and I spent a relaxing holiday in a great Baltic Sea resort. At the risk of making the apartment harder to book: the apartment is great - tastefully furnished - equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable - in a central yet quiet location - in short - simply super.

Due to the good location of the apartment, many important destinations (e.g. the beach; the city forest for walking, jogging, cycling, etc.; a health food store; a supermarket with a post office; a bakery; bus and "Molly station"; the climbing forest; the seawater swimming pool and much more) are easily reachable on foot. The cozy and homely atmosphere in the tastefully, high-quality, and well-equipped vacation apartment perfectly rounded off our 10-day stay. We would love to come back.

We did not know the Baltic Sea yet and were very positively surprised by Kühlungsborn and the surrounding area. Here, one can ride a bicycle very well both near the coast and in the surrounding countryside.

The apartment is located directly on the pedestrian zone of Kühlungsborn and is still very quiet. Several bakeries are within a few minutes' walk, and the beach can also be reached very quickly. The parking space in the underground garage makes parking much easier. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen provided all the utensils needed for cooking on vacation. The fold-out sofa offers good comfort if needed, and the second TV allows you to watch television from there in the evenings. Overall a great apartment, and Kühlungsborn is always worth a trip!

We really enjoyed our vacation in the tastefully furnished apartment! The location is excellent. Only a few minutes to the beach and right in the heart of Kühlungsborn. A bakery is a three-minute walk away. The apartment is optimally equipped. All utensils are available in the kitchen. We missed nothing and will gladly come back!

The apartment No. 15 on Strandstrasse 16 is very nicely and harmoniously furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen equipment is very extensive. There is ample storage space in the apartment. Even in bad weather, it was a very nice vacation.

We were surprised by the great equipment, cleanliness, and location of the apartment. There is nothing negative to report. If you reduced the water pressure, which is much too high, you would save water and also protect the kitchen furniture due to the strong splashes.

We felt very at home. It is tastefully furnished and practically thought out (enough storage space, many towel hooks). One small improvement would be great: a grab bar when entering the shower (since the edge is quite high) and a cosmetic mirror would be perfect. The parking lift might not be suitable for everyone. For us, it was fine. One is glad when the apartments have parking spaces. It would be good if the community could provide an area as a large parking lot.
