Spacious very nice holiday apartment in a nearly new holiday home. Kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Parking space and lockable bike room are available (it can get tight when fully occupied). However, one should know that in the district of Heiligendamm, it is rather isolated. Besides the luxury hotel (completely gated), there is nothing, not even a small shop or bakery. In the evening, you are alone on the beach promenade. The next place, which has a nice promenade with shops and ice cream parlors, is 5 km away. Unfortunately, you can only recommend the FW in the town to someone who seeks seclusion and peace.

A really great vacation apartment with excellent amenities. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the terrace faces the street. However, since the street is not very busy, the street noise is bearable. A nice weekend with a super vacation apartment.

Tastefully furnished holiday apartment, where nothing is missing (except for options to darken the bedrooms). The location in the midst of the "green lung" and the proximity to the sea and the beach, combined with the excellent service from "Meerfun" (who now also have an office in Heilgendamm), make the stay a relaxing experience. We were there with the whole family, who were accommodated in a total of 2 apartments in the house.

The apartment is equipped with everything the heart desires, but unfortunately, the place is like a ghost town (no bakery, no grocery store, etc.). Therefore, the car always has to be moved!

We spent a lovely holiday week in Heiligendamm. Here are some points regarding the stay:

Positive:
- Large, bright, modern apartment
- Washing machine available for an additional fee
- Beautiful, large terrace
- Parking space directly behind the house
- Sea Fun staff very friendly

Negative:
- Terrace right next to a street (partially it was very loud)
- Beach was much too far away, it was 1.4 km instead of 600 m as described
- Generally, there is nothing going on in Heiligendamm itself (no shops, no bakery, no typical beach promenade)
- We can gladly recommend Sea Fun, but unfortunately, the places there were not for us.

The next place, which has a beautiful promenade with shops and ice cream parlors, is 5 km away. Unfortunately, one can only recommend the holiday home in the village to someone who seeks seclusion and peace.

Friendliness/ performance and service were excellent. A short hike through the woods and the Baltic Sea is already there. People looking for peace are well accommodated in Heiligendamm. I will definitely come back.

Very well-equipped holiday apartment. Unfortunately, there are no shopping opportunities on-site, e.g., a bakery. It takes about 10 minutes to the beach through the woods. The Moli train station is almost at the door.

All in all, it is a good apartment and you don't lack anything. The only thing that isn't so great anymore is the mattresses. You should invest a bit of money and replace them. Best regards :-)

The vacation apartment is very nice, clean, and well-equipped. Unfortunately, the path to the water is very restricted due to the Grand Hotel.

The accommodation is spacious and very well equipped for self-catering (bed linen and towels must be booked, however). The holiday apartment is well located for hiking, but unfortunately there are neither restaurants nor shopping facilities nearby. The beach can be reached on foot, but then without much gear.

- the apartment has really good amenities (except for the pillows and the slightly too soft beds) - all the staff were very friendly and helpful - the only downside is the location: "children's beach" was just made of stones - sandy beach was over 1km away and we didn't find a supermarket or bakery in the village

Overall, the apartment was clean and cozy, although in some places, such as: dishwasher, seat cushions of the dining chairs, chrome parts of the shower cabin, the tooth of time is gnawing. The apartment is well suited for 2 to 4 people, it is almost barrier-free. It is well suited for the pre- and post-season. The terrace is located about 8 meters away from the street, which is busy during the day. Otherwise, the apartment is very functionally furnished. The building itself is quiet, and there is a bike room of adequate size located on the ground floor.
