The apartment is nice, also nicely furnished. However, it was not as clean as one would expect, especially the toilet in the bathroom downstairs. The small balcony could also use a thorough cleaning of the floor, and the vacuum cleaner should be replaced. Using it is a nuisance! The location of the apartment is great, bakery, Lidl in immediate proximity. The park in front of the door and of course the Baltic Sea. We will come back someday to your house by the park, gladly also in apartment 42.

I have now been in this apartment several times. Last time in January with the family, this time with my daughter's godfather. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very cozy. The equipment is very high quality and everything is lovingly placed. Especially great is the second bathroom (with bathtub) on the upper floor. We felt extremely comfortable and I will definitely come back. Again, a big thank you to the team from Meer F. U. N. A great service as well as super nice and friendly staff on site. We, a small family of three, were in the apartment for the umpteenth time. It is beautifully furnished and has been newly equipped since our last stay (including new chairs for the dining table and a new sofa). The furnishings are very high quality and everything is lovingly placed. Particularly great is that there are two bathrooms (with a bathtub) on the upper floor. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. It is also worth highlighting the service and friendliness of the Meer Fun team. Thank you very much!

The apartment is very nice and can be used by two couples thanks to the two bathrooms. The balcony is quite small and can only be used by two people, but the promenade is so close that this is not a drawback. However, in the height of summer, it will certainly be very warm in the upper room, as the slanted windows can be darkened, but then they cannot be opened anymore.

We have been coming to Kühlungsborn for Christmas for several years now. The apartment HAP No. 42 has captivated us, as it is very well laid out and our two children have their domicile upstairs in the attic. The location to the sea, the beach promenade, and shopping is very good. The underground parking space is very good. The furnishings have been refreshed a bit in recent years (e.g., flooring, couch set). What we must criticize is the quantity of kitchenware, for example. Glass. What is missing is waste separation. There is a trash can in the kitchen, but there are three waste containers (paper, green bin, residual waste). Our children especially missed a Wi-Fi access, which is due to the owner of the apartment. Above all, the service from Meer und Fun (quick and uncomplicated booking) and the telephone consultation with the friendly staff is top-notch. All the best in the new year, and if nothing stands in the way, we will definitely meet again in 2019.

What I can say briefly is that we found the apartment great. No noise from the neighbors and the children's room was also nice. Perhaps the dishes could be stocked up with children's dishes and egg cups. Unfortunately, some kitchen utensils were a bit defective, and soap for the soap dispenser was missing. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and would take this apartment again next year.

There are many good options for traveling with children. Particularly noteworthy is the very user-friendly (online) booking portal, which offers many options. This apartment is ideally located, as you can reach the Baltic Sea beach and the Bäckerei Junge with just a few steps. The shops in the immediate vicinity invite you to stroll. From the small, but covered balcony (max. space for 2 people) of the top floor, you have a side view of the sea. The small bedroom under the roof has its own bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and window, as well as a radio! Thus, this residence is well-suited for 3-4 people. An elevator takes you directly to the door.

I have been booking with the Meerfun team for many years and can only report positive experiences for the vacation apartments in the Meeresblick house as well as in the Haus am Park. The apartments are very well equipped, comfortably furnished, and clean and tidy. They have a top location, right by the sea and the seaside promenade. There are dining options very close by, and the bakery is just around the corner. And there is a parking space in the underground garage for the car. One is always treated courteously and kindly in the office during the key handover, and when one has questions, the employees take the time to answer them.

We come to Kühlungsborn several times a year and have been in apartment 42 multiple times. It is wonderfully organized and equipped. Since the apartment spans two floors (with its own bathroom and bathtub on the upper floor), the children have their own little realm in this case. In recent years, the furnishings have been regularly updated or supplemented (e.g., new chairs for the dining table and a new sofa/chaiselongue), and everything you need is available. The house by the park is very nicely situated, and the beach is just a few hundred meters away. Also in close proximity are, among other things, a bakery, a pastry shop, a pizzeria, and various other local dining options as well as shopping opportunities. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. As always, it is particularly important for us to highlight the service and friendliness of the Meer F. U. N. team. Thank you very much! A very nicely located apartment optimally occupied by 3 people. Also very suitable for a family with 2 children. The upper floor is very romantic due to the sloping roof, but for people over 1.70 m, it feels a bit low. The stairs are quite steep, so one must be careful going up and down. But for lovers of romance under the peaked roof with a view of the starry sky, it is brilliant. ;) Always happily for a short vacation in the autumn!
