Very nice apartment, good layout of the rooms. Great view from the balcony and the beautiful park nearby are simply wonderful. The proximity to the beach, 50 m, is of course the best part. A suggestion would be a more comfortable chair on the large balcony.

Unfortunately, I missed the thorough cleaning following COVID-19 measures. I found laundry from the landlord behind a curtain in the bedroom. Therefore, only 4.8 points.

Very cozy, contemporary, and well-thought-out apartment. Taste is always in the eye of the beholder - we like it very much. The kitchen equipment with plenty of dishes and glasses is particularly commendable. The only downside is that it has no microwave, which is bearable given the good stove and many pots, pans... Very quiet dishwasher. Nice bathroom. With Meerfun, we have also had very good and friendly experiences with the mediation and care of the apartment. The House at the Park, as well as the House Sea View, are also very well maintained, even apart from the privately owned apartments. We have been coming regularly to different apartments and hotels in Kühlungsborn since 2015.

We were allowed to stay in the holiday apartment 22 "Haus am Park" from December 28, 2019, to January 3, 2020, over the New Year period. We enjoyed our stay in the very lovingly furnished holiday apartment and felt at home and comfortable from the very first minute. The apartment is very tastefully, stylishly, and high-quality furnished and is located in an optimal location.

Hello! Even a small family could have difficulties feeding themselves. There is enough dishware available, but not enough pots. It would also be good if one could connect headphones to the TV in the bedroom. Unfortunately, this is not possible as it is installed too tightly in the corner. Very nice apartment, we booked it again right away. Kühlungsborn holds us like a magnet. We always feel very comfortable here because we have everything we need to really enjoy our vacation. This apartment completes the whole experience. The proximity to the beach, everything within walking distance. We have rented many apartments in Kühlungsborn, all very nice, but if we stay in Kühlungsborn West, then only No. 22. It is simply great. What we find very good is the layout of the apartment.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and is located in a historic complex almost directly on the beach. The flat is perfectly equipped and leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled.

We have already been guests in various apartments that were mediated by Meerfun several times. The booking process has always gone smoothly, as well as being friendly in the office on-site. The house by the park seems to be well maintained overall. The apartment was, as usual, very clean like in a hotel. A hidden defect can always occur; for example, the water in the shower did not drain well after a long shower, which the cleaning staff might not notice. Was received very kindly in the office and after a short time a caretaker was there. Overall, Kühlungsborn gives us a very clean and well-kept impression compared to the cities and spas visited in the surrounding area. We are usually there in winter.

The only downside from our perspective is the lack of a microwave, but for a few days of vacation, one can do without it. The service from the Meerfun team is top-notch (as always), what might be missing is perhaps an option for "late check-out." We will definitely come back.
