The furnishings of the apartment are really very nice, modern, and individual. The stairs to the upper sleeping area are steep, and the upper area is overall only suitable for small people (children). The distance to the promenade with all amenities is less than 5 minutes, and in the other direction, there are Italian restaurants, a tapas bar,.... All in all, a successful and pleasant stay.

It was a great vacation in a very tastefully furnished and very well-equipped apartment. Everything needed is in the vicinity. Supermarket, children's playground, restaurants, and the location just a few meters from the beach is hard to beat. For families with children, everything is also available in the apartment. Nice the separate loft for the kids and the modern bathroom. We can recommend the apartment without reservation and will definitely come back.

We have been to Kühlungsborn several times. We really liked the apartment. It is modern and high-quality equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for a relaxing vacation. The location of the House at the Park is optimal - directly at the beach. We also liked that the apartment is quietly located in the house. Shopping options and restaurants are in close proximity. The house and the apartment were very clean and well-maintained, and we were very well taken care of by Meerfun. Overall: We would love to come back!

Among the most beautiful old buildings in Kühlungsborn West, in close proximity to the beach, is the elegant House am Park with its holiday apartments. The beautiful façade and the historical yet modern atmosphere in the foyer and staircase resemble a star hotel. Yet here, "ordinary people" are allowed to book. The special apartment 7 on the ground floor is completely separate when viewed from the hallway and thus pleasantly quiet. The entire setup, for example, the wonderfully comfortable sofa, suggests owners who care about the well-being of their guests. The gallery may primarily be intended for children and adolescents (note the ceiling height). However, I am 67 and enjoyed the gallery as a cozy sleeping and reading spot just as much. The stairs to it require a bit of concentration. The apartment is located at the back of the building, which additionally gives it the designation "quietly situated." The small fine terrace is perfect for undisturbed sunbathing.

House by the park is always a good address! This apartment: Lovingly furnished, clean, well-suited for hobby cooks. Yes, the apartment faces the back, but it doesn't matter, we didn't want to spend our vacation on the balcony anyway.

Super apartment with very good furnishings and location. The sea is right outside the door, and the apartment as well as the apartment building are upscale furnished. Across from the seaside is a small shopping street with a pizzeria and an ice cream shop. Grocery stores as well as recreational activities are also very close by. We were here with our 7-month-old son - the apartment is child-friendly furnished. For us, the underground parking space belonging to the apartment was very tight due to the lift (Audi A4 quattro). A smaller vehicle can probably park here better.
