We rented an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 14 nights. The location of the apartment is great, as is the infrastructure. Kühlungsborn is a beautiful holiday resort that allows for pure relaxation. Each apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage. Unfortunately, one evening "our" parking space was occupied and nothing could be done. Since different landlords are active in the facility and the vehicle license plates are not recorded, it was not possible to contact the wrong parkers. After 2 days, we were able to use the parking space again. It would be sensible - as later also happened - to at least post relevant information at the entrances and in the elevators. Simply hanging a note on the rear or windshield is not effective, as not everyone moves their vehicle daily.

In the apartment, everything fits: very large, well-furnished living-dining room. The bedroom is bright and spacious with very good beds. Surprisingly, there is a small bathroom/toilet that belongs to it. The very bright bathroom with all utensils and the second bedroom complete the very good overall impression. A compliment to the owners/landlords.

Very nicely furnished, surely just recently renovated..... a light-flooded, very nicely furnished apartment.... will be booked again.... Many thanks also to the owner..... we have experienced apartments where you didn't want to sit on the couch... so really top-notch.

Super location, no car traffic etc., very, very beautiful view from the large sun balcony, super modern bathrooms, surprisingly fresh air in the atrium, so that the children's bedroom facing the atrium can be adequately ventilated. The apartment's amenities were also good, hairdryer, toaster etc. everything is there. Those who want to cook on vacation will find plenty of new pots of all kinds and sizes. (Just bring a clock/alarm clock, at least to not miss the departure...) On the balcony of apartment 410, one is completely undisturbed like on their own terrace; if there were a flat lounger, one could easily spend the night there. From 10 PM, there is silence. Shopping options, concerts, entertainment, and dining are within walking distance, a pastry shop and fresh rolls in the building or alternatively next door. And the pre-ordered beach chairs right in front of the door. We found nothing comparable in all of Kühlungsborn (location/price/performance); the West far surpasses the urban overcrowded East in terms of flair, evening visits to various restaurants, and relaxation. The show bands performing at the easily accessible Concert Garden West were of great class, creating a good atmosphere. No other Baltic Sea spa offers such a delightful evening entertainment, despite sometimes significantly higher spa fees.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people and has been greatly enhanced after the renovation! We regret that we will no longer be able to bring our dog in the future! Therefore, this apartment will unfortunately no longer be an option for us! We would like to mention that one really feels very well taken care of by the company Meer F. U. N. Booking and check-in are always completely hassle-free. The staff are very friendly and the opening hours are really remarkable for a rental office! We will come back, although unfortunately not to apartment 410 Sea View anymore.

Actually, the apartment can be rated overall as good, location and balcony as very good! We have already been in the apartment multiple times and would gladly come again. However, for a longer stay, a few points need improvement: - a larger flat-screen TV would be desirable (they are already very cheap to buy) - a slightly more comfortable armchair with a footrest or ottoman, it doesn't have to be a designer piece! A cozier lighting in the living room would be desirable, a reading lamp is missing! As mentioned, everything is fine in the apartment, these are just suggestions for improvement! P.S. The door to the bike cellar is really hard to open or to keep open for pushing the bike through. Please try it yourself!

Every year, I go with my girlfriend and our dogs to Kühlungsborn on October 3rd. This is the first time in this apartment. We were thrilled with the huge balcony. After our extensive walks during the day, we could enjoy our "after-work beer" there until sunset. The only downside was that there was no Wi-Fi and the available frying pan deserves a 6.

We were in Kühlungsborn in mid-June and were very satisfied with our apartment, which is very nicely furnished and clean. We were two people with our dog Paula, who also felt very comfortable. She and we enjoyed the elevator ride with the beautiful view in the atrium. There is a bakery in the building and there were enough restaurants that all offered delicious and fresh fish. The weather was a bit mixed, but we don't like it too hot. The promenade and the beach couldn't be better. Price performance is great. We will come back next year. Beautiful large apartment with a great balcony, we felt very comfortable! However, the children's room is poorly ventilated (window towards the atrium). Since the access to the apartment is in a hallway, it is very quiet (no one walks by, no noise from the elevator). However, the children's room is very dark, no natural light. Our kids weren't bothered by it though ;-)

The apartment is well-equipped and cozy. Some furniture might need to be replaced at some point. From the balcony, there is a lovely view of the greenery and sun exposure all day long. The tiny children's room, however, is always dark and poorly ventilated due to its location, so it is only suitable for sleeping. This limitation is accepted since it is the only apartment with a sea view and 2 toilets, and the huge south-facing balcony offers a wonderful view and sunshine all day long. Practically, the direct location at Baltic Square and the beach without car traffic, the underground garage, and the two elevators are also advantageous. Supermarket, West Concert Garden, evening entertainment with live music, everything is within walking distance.

Even when several devices, e.g., three phones, were used simultaneously, it shouldn't be so "weak." This should be improved, as it's standard nowadays. Apartment 410 stands out with its second bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom. The large balcony, bathed in sunlight (especially beautiful in spring and autumn), is impressive and can be accessed from two rooms. The entire apartment building, Meeresblick, has a pleasantly elegant feel, starting from the always clean, carpeted stairways and hallways to the atrium, which is adorned with well-maintained greenery. The many plants create a special atmosphere and additionally help to dampen noise in the stairwell.
