Very nice location, everything reachable by foot or by bike. Very nice cycling and hiking trails. Shopping options for groceries were plentiful. (Lidl, Aldi, Norma, Penny Market). The apartment was excellent and very clean. The residential complex is very quiet and beautiful. You can take long walks on the beach and also along the promenade. Food in the restaurants is very good. The price-performance ratio is good for the amenities and location.

We have been here for the second time now and there will be more visits to come. We were and are very satisfied. The facilities are good, the paths are short, and the lake is in front of the house. In the living room, there is a large stationary double bed that takes up a lot of useless space when two people travel together. A folding sofa would be more practical for more than 2 guests. In the bathroom, the not very bright ceiling lamp is the only light source. Unfortunately, there are no seat cushions for the balcony chairs.

The apartment is clean, cozily furnished, and has good amenities. Particularly noteworthy is the great location right on the promenade or by the water. It is a bit of a shame that fresh air cannot be brought into the bedroom and the internet only works in certain areas. Overall, however, the accommodation can definitely be recommended.

Great location of the apartments, unfortunately the Wi-Fi is really not good. The coffee maker also had a defect. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about.

The house Meeresblick is always beautiful in itself. Having the view of the water from the balcony and the beach right in front of the door is simply invaluable and unbeatable. I booked the apartment as a gift for my parents in January. For August. Unfortunately, the room is not as depicted. The furniture was not as shown in the photos, and in the living room, there was a large bed that took up an enormous amount of space and was not foldable. Since the booking was a few days ago, I was irritated about what I had done wrong. However, even up until the vacation, the pictures had not been updated. My parents found it very uncomfortable. However, due to the good weather, they did not have to spend much time there. The balcony was great for that. Otherwise, I was a bit disappointed not to have received what I had booked.

Location super. Since we needed a wheelchair, it worked very well with the help of the elevators and the straight hallway of the apartment. Had a nice vacation. The description needs to be changed to indicate that there is a double bed 2x80x200 in the bedroom. It is a bed 160x200. Important for the sheets. In the living room, there could be one less cabinet, as it was quite tight.

Very beautiful and centrally located holiday apartment. Excursions from the Kühlungsborn location are ideal. Bakery and restaurants are in close proximity. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not usable, as it is likely overloaded, even in the off-season.
