As mentioned during the deregistration, I ask you to check the Wi-Fi reception in apartment 6 HaP. It worked until December 30, then no reception anymore - in the entrance area it was normal again! I had the same problem last year. A message to the service team did not elicit any response.

The accommodation made a very clean and tidy impression. The facilities are very complete and suitable for longer stays without any problems. The location is excellent, with a bakery and a Lidl store in the immediate vicinity. A pharmacy, Norma, and other shops are also just a few meters further away. The beach is more like 100 meters instead of 50, but this is not a problem thanks to the pedestrian zone that needs to be crossed. The rooms are functionally furnished, but there is no TV in the bedroom. Both bedrooms are quite small, but just adequate. The parking lot is not covered and too small for larger vehicles. A VW bus or Mercedes VITO exceeds the width of the available space. When all parking spots are occupied, it also gets tight for mid-size vehicles. Since the parking lot is located behind the house, one actually has to walk around the apartment block to get to the parking lot after dropping off the keys. There is no access from the front. We would book the accommodation again, but the prices during the high season are disproportionately high to outrageous; for that, the accommodation is still too small, . . . but there are obviously enough people who pay the high prices.

A suggestion perhaps, if the couch in the living room should be changed, it would be very pleasant if it were not just a seating couch, but also something in length where one can rest a bit. Otherwise, everything regarding the furnishings is great.

The apartment is cozy with good amenities. The high ceilings created a pleasant sense of space and good air (e.g., in the internal bathroom). There is a parking space in the courtyard (without height restrictions). The location is fantastic: beach, bakery, playground, restaurant, and ice cream in the immediate neighborhood. Nevertheless, the apartment is quietly located. The only drawback was that the mattresses in the bedroom were too soft or worn out. We would love to come back.

The holiday apartment in the "Haus am Park" impresses with its great location just a few meters from the beach. It has a sufficient size for 4 people. The small bedroom does not have a bunk bed but rather single beds. The amenities are adequate. However, we were bothered by the following: Since there is no longer any analog radio reception in the cable network, the FM reception with a dipole antenna is poor. The Wi-Fi is not acceptable for a house of this standard; at times, there was none at all. My recommendation, therefore, only with limitations.
