We had a good time. The apartment was clean and well located. Only the kitchen was missing the starter/welcome set. No dish brush, no cloth, no sponge, no kitchen towel (despite the towel package). For the future, it would be desirable to check the stock of kitchen knives. A sharp knife could not be found, let alone a bread knife. But that is criticism at a high level. The apartment is nice and airy and would also be our choice for the next vacation.

It was a very nice short vacation. One just has to remember that you have to bring bed linen, towels, and dish towels. Otherwise, everything is great. Very tastefully furnished, super centrally located. The only unpleasant thing is when smoking occurs in the ice café downstairs; it smells a bit unpleasant and drifts onto the balcony.

The apartment is centrally located, just a few steps to the pier. The furnishings are good, and especially the airy layout with many windows is appealing. We would happily book this apartment again. A small request: made beds upon arrival would be great.

We spent great days in Kühlungsborn. The weather, as always, fantastic. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a view of Strandstraße above an ice cream café. There's always something going on here. We like the vibrant life. The apartment is freshly renovated with new furniture. Everything is top-notch. We would love to come back ?

The apartment is freshly renovated. Everything is newly painted, new sofa (absolutely high quality for sleeping), new kitchen and terrace furniture. Pictures are therefore outdated. What you need to know when booking this apartment is that the Italian (ice cream) shop is directly under the balcony, so there is always hustle and bustle here. We got beach mats and secured them to the balcony railing. This gave us a bit more privacy. We are regular guests and always like to come back to Kühlungsborn. Nowhere on the Baltic Sea is it as beautiful as here.

The apartment house Atlantik, the vacation rental 101, the Baltic Sea, and Kühlungsborn are simply pure relaxation from the start. We are now visiting this vacation rental for the 5th time and can only recommend it to everyone. We now consider ourselves regular guests and are happy to return again and again. The holiday apartment leaves nothing to be desired. It is cozy, spaciously laid out, and well-furnished. There is plenty of crockery and storage space, and even games are available. The entire Atlantik complex with the beautiful courtyard is located in close proximity to the pier on the beach road, making it a top location. Absolutely recommendable.

Location, amenities, and size of the apartment are great. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can see the shopping street with many stores, restaurants, and the spa train. The beach promenade and the sea are just a few steps away. Ice cream parlor and bakery in the building. Kühlungsborn is simply fantastic. We will definitely come back.

The location of the house is uniquely good. The parking lot with a height of 1.80 m is accessible. The location of the apartment directly above the ice bar is somewhat noisy - but it's manageable.

South side, actually very beautiful, but when the days are hot, the window blinds do not provide enough protection, so the apartment heats up extremely. The shops below create a certain noise background, even into the late evening, and seem to be supplied and disposed of starting at 04:00... so that anyone sleeping with an open window will be woken very abruptly, the kitchen knife for self-catering is not really available, only three teaspoons, microwave not available, this could, however, be changed. The metal bed in the bedroom transfers every small movement of the person lying next to you, in the second sleeping room one should not be claustrophobic. The bathroom is okay, the sink blockage has been fixed, the quarter-circle shower is just barely adequate for tall people. But the short distance to the beach made up for it, and our dog also felt comfortable.

The bakery café is right downstairs in the building, just like the ice cream parlor with its great offers. The pedestrian and shopping street is right at the door; you can easily watch the hustle and bustle from the balcony.

It is a bright, friendly, very nicely furnished apartment with a sunny balcony situated in a sheltered location. I cannot comment on the detailed amenities in the kitchen. The shower is not level access and lacks a grab bar. That was not advantageous for us. Due to the temperature, the apartment was well heated. Everything is conducive to feeling good. The location is absolutely top. Strolling along the promenade and to the little shops. I find it unfavorable for me that the apartment is right above an ice café in a busy roundabout. Even now, in the pre-season, there has been a certain level of noise and smell. Additionally, the apartment is very bright due to the street and courtyard lighting. For those who are not as sensitive as I am, it is overall a very nice apartment.

Pleasantly bright apartment with high living quality and full amenities. In addition to the information on the website, there is also a CD and cassette player as well as a hairdryer. Due to the extremely different quality of the two bedrooms (one spacious with a double bed and one cramped with a pull-out couch, as well as a pull-out couch in the living room), it is more recommended for families than for 2-3 couples. Additionally, you should enjoy the hustle and bustle of people in front of the cabin, as you live directly above the ice cream parlor and have the colorful activity on the shopping street and the intersection in front of the pier right in front of the sunny balcony. There is much to hear and see... but in the evenings, it is quiet.
