We chose Villa La Mer because we already knew the house and greatly appreciate its proximity to the beach. The house and apartment No. 10 are very well maintained. You reach the first floor of the house via the stairs, and the very beautiful large rooftop terrace is the first thing that impresses in the apartment. You could have breakfast even in the rain under the partially covered terrace. The apartment itself offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The mattresses in the bedroom are very good. Our (almost adult) son slept on the pull-out couch, which is also high quality, but as adults, we wouldn't have been able to sleep well there for 7 nights. The bathroom is sufficiently large and well-equipped. For us, the only small drawback was the kitchen equipment. There was only one really small pan; we had to buy an additional one to fry the fish. The rest of the kitchen equipment was rather sparse, which was a bit of a shame. Basically, the apartment is definitely very recommendable. We will book it again. The proximity to the beach (just across the street) is great. Everything worked perfectly with MeerFun as always, we were very satisfied again.

For the first time in years, I took a longer vacation in Germany and found the right apartment, thanks to good advice. Would love to do it again! Everything is within walking distance, and in bad weather, you can quickly get to Wismar, Warnemünde, etc.

We spent a weekend with 2 children and a dog in the apartment, very clean, nice balcony/terrace, the equipment was very good, the only criticism is the rather early check-out at 10 a.m., I would find 11:00 a.m./12:00 p.m. more appropriate.

Dream apartment with rooftop terrace in a modernized old villa in the first row on the Baltic Sea promenade - just hopped across the street and you are on the beach promenade between Kühlungsborn West and East. At the back, there is another holiday property of similar size about 40 meters away, behind which is the city forest. The property is well-maintained and has retained its villa character - there is no elevator, and there is a steep staircase of ten steps in front of the outside entrance. Actually, the apartment meets all our requirements - we have spent our vacation in the apartment for the second time (and a total of four times in the property); in particular, we are fond of the roof terrace. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work reliably as in previous stays - on several days, there was no internet connection available. In combination with the rental price of 840 euros for seven days in the high season, it unfortunately only qualifies for an overall "Good."

The apartment is located in a well-maintained building and is modern and functional. Unfortunately, the bathroom is quite small and relatively dark due to the lack of a window. The sockets and switches could possibly be labeled. We were only able to use the table lamp in the living area and the outdoor power after several attempts. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to return.

Location top for dog owners directly at the dog beach, rooftop terrace large, rest of the apartment rather small but sufficient for 2. Only what really doesn't work anymore is the TV in the bedroom, where you can get something great for 200 euros. And one more suggestion: a gate towards the forest like in the neighboring houses would be great.

We simply felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very clean, modernly furnished, nothing is missing, has a large balcony and high-quality equipment. The mattresses were very good, the kitchen was well equipped, and the rental was very nice. The apartment is right across from the dog beach, which is simply appealing for dog lovers, sandy beach, no stones, 50 m from the beach, just great. Behind the apartment is the forest, shopping options and restaurants are in close proximity. We have already booked for next year. Keep it up!

Two people with a dog, great. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. The large rooftop terrace makes the small apartment feel much bigger. Just across the street is directly at the sea. A bakery next door. A few minutes' walk in the little woods/park. Perfect for us dog owners!

Overall a good accommodation, but what wasn't great for us was the bedroom; it was so heated that we could hardly sleep. There are heavy curtains, but unfortunately, the window couldn't be darkened. I would set up the sofa bed for one person, not for two. The rest was satisfactory for us. We will definitely come back.

The accommodation is simple, functional, and appealing for a vacation rental. Great location to the beach, as it's just a short walk across the Ostseeallee. The kitchen is fully equipped, unfortunately with only a basic coffee maker. Looks like "one" will have to learn to make coffee again. :-)

The apartment has a good location and is well laid out. Apart from a rusty shelf, the bathroom is well equipped. The kitchen block is also relatively new and well thought out. The carpet has already withstood some guests and needs to be replaced. The apartment has a great balcony. Unfortunately, the balcony chairs are in such poor condition that they really can't be used. Even worse are the cushions. They are so filthy that one can't sit on them. It's a shame because clean balcony furniture would be important for a good rating.

In this apartment, I spent my vacations as a child with my parents. And now we were there as a family. The apartment is very cozy and has a great big balcony. You just have to cross the street, and you're already at the water. The bakery is just around the corner, and you can reach playgrounds and other shops on foot.

It is a beautiful, clean, well-located apartment. Optimal for two people with dogs. The apartment is in close proximity to the beach promenade. It has a good layout with a very nice large balcony. The dog beach is about 450m away. A Netto supermarket, restaurants, spa park, and other shops are nearby.

Plus: Great location! A sunny apartment, even in winter. High ceilings, well-equipped kitchen, solid wooden furniture, vacuum cleaner is there :-) Bedroom very quiet, located at the back. Playground for small children directly in front of the house. Minus: no blackout blinds in the bedroom, only a slightly darker curtain. What we missed, but it wasn't urgent: pepper, cleaning supplies for occasional use, slightly larger frying pan.

The La Mer house is close to the beach and also quite near the town center of Kühlungsborn West. Since the house is older, there is no elevator in the building. It can be a bit difficult for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The balcony of Apartment 10 is great and very spacious. However, the apartment is a bit small for four people.
