We took the apartment because of the great location. The apartment is very good for 2 people, we didn't use the terrace because it is very small, and when you sat upstairs, you could see over the street through the trees to the sea. The apartment was clean, comfortable large double bed, the furnishings were functional and good.

We had a girls' weekend in Kühlungsborn and were really pleasantly surprised. Everything was problem-free and easy. We felt very comfortable, it was clean, everything was available, and even 2 televisions. There was nothing to complain about.

We were three in the very tidy, clean, and well-located apartment. Everything was available, and there was always someone to talk to for any questions. Overall very good, and we would book again. Just one note: In our booking description, it stated that the entire apartment is on the ground floor. This is not the case. If one has difficulty climbing stairs, the apartment is not well suited. Otherwise, top.

For dog owners, this beautiful, cozy apartment is ideal. Just a few steps and you are already at the dog beach. The nearby city forest is perfect for walking. We felt very comfortable and will come back again.

The rented apartment was ideal for us, directly on the beach, even right at the dog beach, where our little Yorkie also felt comfortable. The rooms were very well equipped, we lacked nothing, and it was very clean. The handling at the brokerage office was friendly and uncomplicated. Kühlungsborn is a beautiful place with many offers and restaurants and shops, and the range of excursions and events was okay.

The apartment is very nicely located .. almost directly on the Baltic Sea, between Kühlungsborn East and West. The stairs in the apartment are a bit steep. The bed in the bedroom is super comfortable, but unfortunately very high. The bathroom is very spacious and there is plenty of storage space.

So so beautiful, really absolutely recommended! The location is absolutely amazing, right in the middle and yet, through the small forest, a total "nature feeling." Dog beach nearby, playground right in front, bakery, Italian restaurant, and bike rental are basically the neighbors. Yes, there is a road right in front of the house, but it's a 30 zone and while we were there, nothing was going on at night (end of May), totally quiet. WLAN does not reach the ground floor, that's true. But one can make do with that.

A very nice apartment. You have everything you need right on the beach. It's really great, especially with a dog. The only downside is that the bathroom is on the lower floor, so when you come back sandy from the beach, you have to go through the entire apartment. But because of the otherwise good facilities and excellent location at the dog beach, we would choose the apartment again.

The location is super central, bakeries and restaurants are right next door. Unfortunately, the street in front of the house is quite loud, but around 10 PM you can fall asleep with the sound of waves coming through the open window! Across the promenade, there is a really nice playground for the kids!
