The apartment is directly by the sea, in a beautiful and well-maintained villa. Despite the nice and central location, we heard nothing from the traffic. It is very nicely furnished and has a nice and quiet balcony. A parking space directly at the house is also available. For us, the only drawback was the couch, which was also listed as a bed for the 3rd person. Unfortunately, sleeping on it was not very comfortable. Nevertheless, we would go back there anytime. Highly recommended.

Improvement suggestion, the couch in the living room is unsuitable for 2 people, a proper pull-out couch would be more beneficial. The half sunshade on the balcony unfortunately is not enough, as the sun shines directly on the balcony all day. Otherwise, this vacation apartment is great, we had a wonderful holiday despite these two shortcomings. Always happy to return.

The apartment is great. Top location, good amenities, nice sunny balcony, and due to its orientation to the back, it is also very quiet considering it is located directly on Ostseeallee. All in all: We would book again.

It was again a fantastic vacation. We had plenty of sunshine and a calm sea every day, simply fantastic. We were very satisfied with the apartment. A compliment to the landlord, there was a new acquisition in the last year. New mattresses and a new coffee machine, we find that very positive. Keep it up, we will come back in 2019. Super accommodation, dog-friendly, direct access to the dog beach in front of the house. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, very clean. The only downside was the couch, as there was no sleeping function. It wasn't enjoyable for two. Still, it was a nice vacation.

We really enjoyed it. It is a great apartment. As a small piece of information, soup plates would be good. Unfortunately, we didn't find any. Maybe a teapot as well. Unfortunately, the bagless vacuum cleaners are not very popular; it might be great to use one with a bag in the future, as they have a higher suction power....

Super vacation rental. We have been to the villa and this vacation rental many times. This year, the flooring was renewed and beautiful pleated shades were installed. We always enjoy being there. The service from Meerfun is great. Highly recommended. We are already looking forward to the next vacation staying at Villa la Mer.

Our apartments (2 pieces) could be moved into shortly after our arrival - thanks to the service staff. Basically, we felt quite comfortable in the apartment, especially the armchair with footrest was very comfortable. But small improvements would be desirable. Also, the carpet in this apartment has already seen many guests. A wipeable floor covering would certainly be more hygienic, as one can quickly wipe away a stain themselves. But a "no-go" in this apartment was the TV reception. The device in the living room could only receive analog channels (and the number of channels is steadily decreasing!!!). In today's media age, receiving digital channels is actually standard. The "miniature" TV in the bedroom was no alternative for that. Especially on vacation, one wants to enjoy a cozy TV evening with a glass of wine.

Super location for dog owners, as the dog beach is just across the street (200m). A good children's playground is 100m away, bakery 50m. Great location to the West district (10 min) with Lidl and Netto. 25 min to the East district. Super location. Have fun!
