Description
Elegant and light flooded Villa Carrera offers sea views, modern amenities and luxurious design. Newly constructed the contemporary interior occupies 250 m². The ground floor yields airy open space with a living room equipped with a corner sofa and a large flatscreen TV, fully equipped kitchen with a central island and an oversized fridge as well as a large dining table. White walls, natural wood colored floors and unique light fixtures compliment the subtle yet luxurious interior design. One of the bedrooms with a private bathroom is also on this floor while the remaining three luminous bedrooms with two bathrooms are on the upper level with access to a terrace keeping a Jacuzzi. Theme of tidy elegance continues pass the interior walls, with a spacious green lawn and cypress trees, a large 40 m² pool with sun loungers and comfortable seating lounge as well as a covered alfresco dining area with barbeque facilities.
In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two more guests can be accommodated on the extra bed if necessary.
Tribunj is a small but picturesque village west of Šibenik with a lovely marina ideal for seaside walks with stops in one of many restaurants or cafes for a sweet delight, coffee, drink, or a romantic dinner. The historic old town is connected to the mainland by the stone bridge dating back to medieval times. The pebble beaches are a perfect testament to the beautiful, clear Adriatic with shallow waters making it ideal for families with smaller children. Be sure to take an easy hike up to Sveti Nikola Mountain and visit a small 15th century church by the same name and set aside extra time to savor in the views and spectacular sunsets.
For transparency: please account for 400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please inquire about pets.
