De Jutter newly built in December 2025 ! !

This wooden cottage with the theme of beach and beachcombing has a warm atmosphere.

The living room, the kitchen and the 250m² private garden offer a wonderful view of the nature reserve at Abbestede and the lakes of the De Zandpolder nature reserve, the dunes and the village of Groote Keeten. The spacious kitchen features a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a combination oven, and an induction cooktop with extractor hood.

"De Jutter" is a 70 m² holiday apartment for three people with a double room with a box spring bed measuring 1.6 x 2 m. There is also a single room with a bed made from driftwood.

The living room has a television with German and Dutch channels and there is fiber optic WiFi everywhere. During cold periods, De Jutter is heated with a heat pump, which also cools the house during warm periods.

“De Jutter” is of course a holiday apartment, but it is also an ideal place to write a book or poems, to study, or simply to dream away and forget everything. You are warmly welcome!

The farm "De Karnemelkplaats" is between Callantsoog and Groote Keeten and a 900-meter walk from the beach and the North Sea. De Karnemelkplaats is located in a nature reserve and flower fields!

Location and surroundings of object

2 km from Callantsoog and Groote Keeten, opposite the beach and in the middle of nature and flower fields !

Callantsoog is a former fishing village and is one of the few seaside resorts in the province of North Holland that lies directly on the sea.

The village centre exudes atmosphere with its shops, restaurants and cafes with 'sociable' terraces. For the sporty there are numerous possibilities: Swimming, fishing, horse riding, tennis, squash, cycling and hiking.

In the immediate vicinity of the village, a large part of the dunes belongs to the 'Zwanenwater' nature reserve. This nature reserve, consisting of dunes, marshes, lakes and forest, covers an area of approx. 550 hectares and is home to one of Europe's spoonbill colonies, together with herons, silvery gulls and petrels.

The dune belt in the centre, on the other hand, is narrow and you are on the beach in no time. The beach stretches for kilometres in both directions. At the end of Callantsoog, the beautiful Zijpen polder landscape begins, with typical North Holland farms, windmills and the most beautiful fishing spots.

The harbour town of Den Helder is about 15 km away - there you will find the famous Marine Museum.
From the historic town of Alkmaar, with its beautiful shops and the famous cheese market, you can reach the centre of Amsterdam by train in about 40 minutes

Prices are including all further costs, only your dog pays € 15,00 for a Week and € 10,00 for a Weekend or Midweek.

Cancellation terms:

• If you cancel up to 42 days before the arrival date, the deposit, minus a booking fee of €42.50, will be refunded.
• If you cancel 42 to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
• If you cancel from 21 days before the arrival date up to the day of arrival, the full rent must be paid.
• In case of cancellation from 21 days before the day of arrival, you owe us the full rent.
• Up to 21 days before arrival, the reservation can be rescheduled to another period, subject to availability and upon payment of €42.50 in administrative fees. An additional charge may be calculated for the replacement period depending on the season.
• No percentage of the total rent will be refunded if you cancel on the day of arrival or if you leave earlier than booked. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance with your own insurance company.
