Value for money is okay. Especially the seating furniture is clearly worn out, the bedside lamps had loose connections/broken bulbs. Bathroom is good. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped to cook for a family of four. The location is unbeatable if short distances to the pier, beach, shopping options, and playgrounds are important.

We have been in this accommodation for about 10 years and are always satisfied. The equipment could be completed or renewed from time to time. We were missing the dishwasher salt - for how long? - so the pots were heavily calcified. But those are minor issues.

Central location, 1st floor without elevator, easily accessible with luggage. Underground garage with stacked parking for cars. Furnishing okay for family and children. Overall recommended.

The holiday apartment is centrally located and close to the pier. Everything is within walking distance. Good amenities, everything necessary is available. We would gladly come back.

We value being able to see the Baltic Sea from the accommodation! This was possible despite being about 100m away! The living area and the two bedrooms were more than sufficient for 3 adults and one child for 4 days!!! Even the sofa bed can be used comfortably. Self-catering is well possible with the kitchenette and dining table!!! Despite the October weather, we were even able to use the balcony for coffee drinking. We used the 2nd balcony for the daily "BALTIC SEA VIEW"!!! For us 4 female travelers, the proximity to the "shopping mile" was of course a highlight.

The location of the apartment is perfect for families. It is located directly at the playground and the beach promenade. You only have to cross the street once. Nevertheless, it is quite quiet in the apartment. The furnishings of the apartment are also very good. From the living room, you even have a view of the sea. We lacked nothing and would definitely come back. Especially practical for our vacation with small children was that you can use the washing machine and dryer.

A very beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment that we would recommend to any family at any time. We have two suggestions: the bedroom with TV could use new mattresses, and the underground garage is really very narrow. We preferred to park in the Seebrücke parking garage for an additional £60 a week.

An almost perfect accommodation for a relaxing vacation in Kühlungsborn. Close to the center, close to the beach, with an indoor pool and sauna for the less favorable days. Simply great. The only downside - the parking in the underground garage is stressful. Too narrow, too low for our Ford S-Max. We then had to leave it more or less voluntarily in the Morada parking lot (with an additional charge).

In apartment 305 of Villa Hanse, we felt very comfortable. It is very cozily furnished. All the furniture is white, and with the beautiful Baltic Sea decoration, one feels almost at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything, and there are 2 balconies. From the apartment, it is very quick to get to the beach and the center of Kühlungsborn. Only for excursions do you need to use the car. We can highly recommend this apartment!!!

Great, bright apartment, modernly furnished with everything you need. Highly recommendable. Just that you have to make the beds yourself with linens and also strip them again, although the final cleaning is not exactly cheap, does not quite meet our expectations.

Super centrally located property. Everything is within walking distance. The playground right across was perfect for us (daughter 1.5 years old). The only downside is that the parking space that belongs to the apartment is almost unusable for any car. 1.50m height is just too little. Since one has to search for a parking space in a cumbersome way and does not have their car nearby (unless you park at the nearby Edeka for €16 a day), it is quite stressful. Too bad. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We would gladly come back.
